El hotel era muy agradable

El lugar es tranquilo muy cómodo y la gente ahí es muy agradable

Me ubiese gustado si ponía shampoo y jabones para cada uno por que eran uno solo media 2 cm y éramos 4 personas . Pero del resto todo estuvo muy bien

Very comfortable stay, we will return!

Great location, excellent staff, comfortable accommodation.

Smoking rooms spread into the non smoking rooms. Pot and cigarette smell isn’t for everyone… elevator broke and took the non-union mechanic over 6 hours to get there. The ceilings and walls looked ready to be redone.

Fast &Easy Stay

Private, quiet,had a smoking room available, ( not for all, and a really bad habit, I get it,) But I was accomodated, Room was clean, and fully stock, beds was fresh & white linens(always a winner)

Had big mix up checking in, had to rent another room,But the situation was handle next morning, Book'n com was awesome & fast to refund my money, as well as fixing the problem,

Front desk lady was awesome, very helpful to me, She was nice n down to earth, not sobby n up tight

Felt like home and family, I'm a smoker not a criminal, I was welcome there nice to b accepted as a smoker, Not a lot of places still do, But there a lot of smoker left

I had to leave, early didn't get to enjoy breakfast

Very poor

The staff must allow all the homeless people from the area to come in for the free food. I couldn’t even sit there and enjoy breakfast. Disgusting experience.

Bad

It was nasty. It smells of dog/cat pee. Bugs crawling on walls. People in parking lot doing drugs. We will never stay at this hotel again. We have been coming to this hotel for the last 8 years and within a year it has went to trash.

stayed here as last resort, and price, but definitely not a come back place . furniture outdated

breakast was minimal, not alot of variety, just small bagels (which are sufficient, you can always have 2), no other bread choice; jimmy dean sausage sandwich a good idea.acceptable I guess

the kitchen area was filthy and unkept; the trash can was digusting, grime stains, didnt want to touch it; I mentioned it to desk who said they will be powerwashed. also someone needs to wipe off (sanitize) the tables and chairs on regular basis in between seatings. yucky,

The staff was great. Facilities were lacking.

good location. Breakfast was decent. the staff was friendly and helpful. Custodial staff was awesome.

vents were dirty. hallways had bad odor. Marijuana smell in the morning.

We left after 10 minutes into a 5 night stay because they did not have the same room available.

The room had a hole in the wall, everything that you touched had brown sticky stuff on it, bathroom had red and brown stains behind toilet, dresser looked like a dog chewed on it and the bed had ants in it.

Elevator smelled like pot. Bugs in bathroom. Stool did not flush well. Dirty floors in bathroom.

tub had part of plumbing missing, bath Mat were worn through( like can see through worn) fridge loud ticking. so bad. should be $79 a night not $150

it was clean but smells soooo much like bleach

location was convenient as I was close to my destination and was gone all day. unfortunately I didn’t take any photo’s

location was convenient for what was needed. During check in, front desk personnel was very courteous.

roaches and ants in room. stained sheets disappointed with limited breakfast choices, no tea bags, no sugar substitute, no butter, coffee in lobby cold. garbage overflowing at entrance of hotel.
