Location was good. You can go 20 mins to city centre. This place also safe and clean. You can in 10 mins till airport.

Ok for 1 night

The Location is so close to the Airport, plenty of choices to eat in walking distance. Room was spacious.

Room was facing the street so it was very loud because of airplane noises. (We were here before and had a different room last time which was wayyyy quieter) Loud AC. Leftover food in the freezer from previous guests ! Leaky tub faucet

Overall pretty good!

I liked the location, was perfect for my occasions. The room was spacious, so was the bed! It was mostly clean, the shower had some stains but that’s ok! Would definitely book again!

During check out the receptionist didn’t get up. He was sitting on his chair in the back office and said „just leave it there“ lol.

Zur teuer für zu wenig Leistung.

Die Lage direkt am Flughafen war für uns passend. Die große Aufenthaltshalle war gut ausgestattet mit mehreren Sofas.

Das Zimmer hatte keinerlei Charme. Wir hatten eines mit Ausstattung für Behinderte, damit war das Zimmer zwar groß aber gerade das Bad hat eher an Krankenhaus erinnert. Richtig sauber war es besonders im Badezimmer leider auch nicht.

Would not recommend!!!

It was clean and updated

Right on high traffic road, cars revving by at late hours of night kept us up. Sports team of young adult females out in common area unbelievably loud. Never anyone at front desk for questions. Had to wait 1/2 he to check in while proprietor finished his lunch and then checked to see if room ready because one housekeeper l quit that day!

We got what we paid for - clean and near the airport

We needed something close to the airport - pleasantly surprised we were able to walk downtown San Bruno

It was very loud and had an unpleasant odor in the public area

Zimmer war sehr sauber

Shuttleservice is not all the time available, only found out after booking. Also i was looking for a room without carpet. The picture here show rooms with wooden floor. But rooms had carpets. Windows couldnt open. They tried different rooms and finally at least they got a room were windows opened directly to the mainroad and noise.

Modern updated hotel near the airport.

The room was recently updated, looks nice, and was comfortable. The location was great for our need to be able to get to the airport quickly the next morning. Good restaurants nearby, both in walking and driving distance. Nice comfy areas with couches and tables for reading or chatting.

Housekeeping had missed a couple of things in our room that we mentioned to staff, who promised to address it for the next traveler. The wi-fi was very slow and spotty.

Excellent for the Proximity.

I like it’s comfort, the room was nice and large and has all the basic amenities. Very cute, and very clean!

I wish the windows were double paned, the sound of the airplanes coming and going is incredibly loud and bothersome.

Looks like room is newly renovated, bed is comfortable. There is no breakfast provided but I like the free covered parking.

Wifi in my room is very poor, recception is in and out. Can hear noise from the airplane even with windows closed.

Disappointing

The facilities are newly remodeled and attractive. It is also well priced and convenient for airport travelers, though I was driving my own car.

The desk attendant was poorly informed about the area and unable to answer simple questions which he blamed on his East Indian nationality. I paid for a room upgrade which turned out to be a room for the handicapped but the shower was slick as ice and without appropriate grab rails. The attendant could not understand our request for a non-slip bath mat. It is dangerous. There was a secondary handicap shower but it also lacked any rails, or a shower curtain which allowed water to spray all over the bathroom floor rendering it slippery as well. The rooms, though nice, are rather austere and lacking in creature comforts, not even reading lights by the bed.

Perfect Affordable Stay Near the Airport

Extremely affordable for the quality of the hotel. Would expect to pay twice as much as I did, especially in California. Very nice common areas, quality rooms with fridge and microwave, and there is also a small gym available.

Oddly no hand soap is included with the room, so you will have to use body wash to wash your hands.

Hotel Aluxor is a GREAT FIND!! Clean and modern with nice spacious rooms and beautiful with all large frigde and micro. public areas to rest. The staff are very cooperative and nice. THE MATTRASS !! WOW It was the best we had of many places we visited. Firm enough for the best sleep overnight . We were excited also to find great choice of restaurants in walking distance. It is very close to SFO and free parking . We highly recommend this hotel !!
