I will not stay at this property again.

Location and the pool

Our room smelled terrible. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows needed to be replaced. The carpet was old and I had a nail go onto my foot.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness and lack of basic repairs.

Staff seemed nice and got us what we needed when we ran out.

The place is a dump. Trim on the walls falling off. The desk in 203 is busted and help together by a few screws and a board. There is an odor in almost every room. (we stayed with a large group) and they all said the same thing. They opened the windows to clear out the smell. The carpet is disgusting and smells.

Close to campus and stores. Very clean and friendly. Nice updated room.

Need a pool. When it says it has one it should be inservice. If it’s not needs to be cheaper.

Disgusting, dirty hotel that doesn't change sheets or vacuum.

There was long brown hair all over the sheets and bathroom floor. I had to change the sheets on two beds myself at 1am. Then, they charged me an early departure fee for cancelling the second night. I'm flabbergasted. I even called the next day about the charge and they didn't remove it. Never had a more disgusting stay at a hotel in my entire life. Will tell everyone not to stay there.

Exceptional

We like breakfast, the comfortable beds, quiet location and plenty of hot water.

My room could have been a little cleaner, and a bigger bathroom would be nice.

It was a pleasant stay!

The breakfast was great! They had yummy waffles and eggs with cheese. The yogurt was good! Orange juice was tasty.

only stayed because of location, uncomfortable, wouldn’t stay again

plenty of parking, indoor pool and large hot tub, beautiful view

extremely uncomfortable bed with divet in middle possibly caused by worn springs and could feel all bed movement like a trampoline from barely moving around, poor breakfast selection, asked staff for non-chain local dinner recommendations and was engaged in an unnecessary conversation that she can’t afford to eat out because she’s in college so couldn’t possibly know where locals might eat

Good place but poor check in experience

Good breakfast, good pool

When I was checking in they said I didn't have a reservation, even though I had a fully paid booking from booking.com. they didn't know we were coming and did not have enough double queen rooms so we had to squeeze into a king room. It took them over an hour to figure out where our reservation came from.

we had a problem with our room in the middle of the night and instead of the front desk lady making a big deal about it. she kindly arranged a new room for us. she then came up and helped us get moved since we had a pet and baby with us.

Was very clean and the free breakfast was a plus, good variety. Bed comfortable and the bedding was really nice. Nice location near to freeway but was very quiet, also very close from the restaurant we got dinner.

The room was clean with plenty of linens. Parking was very close to our room. The bed was easy to sleep on.

Our non-smoking room smelled like a freshly lit cigarette. The swimming pool was too cold for my son to swim.

it was clean and welcoming. they were very welcoming to our dog that was with us, not like she was a bother- I really appreciated that !
