Location is fabulous -:staff is friendly
It's quite pricey.

The resort was well maintained and security was available at all time I felt at home immediately All employees were friendly and pleasant. This is a facility that is family oriented as well as grown folks enjoyable
I really can’t find any complaints at all. I have visited this resort on several occasions and can’t wait to visit again next year
4.0
Staff, food, drinks, location, ocean view
Room floor was a bit dirty and there's only one public restroom for male and female each with only two stalls.
3.5
The view of the beach from the room. Room was clean.
Had to empty the dehumidifier a couple time a day.
Resort chairs and umbrellas covered the shore line, had our own. Could not have our own drinks. Mattress was too soft. Elevators were very busy, it took awhile to get onto one.

Right on beach
Covienient to all
Room was clean
Facilities had several bars and restaurants
Noise level
Club plays loud music every night until 12 AM.that u can hear very clearly in your room. The hotel next door has same thing so dueling music.
Every AM at 5 AM you are awaken by loud beeping by garbage trucks on site.
Then 5:30, continous loud beeping by trucks cleaning the beach and garbage can pick up on the beach
Perfect for party people under 25!
Weekends tons of public passing through to use beach, bar, beach level food establishments at hotel. Noise level from multiple Boom boxes playing on all hotel decks plus the bar music and noise level from tons of people. Not a private hotel with private facilities

View of the beach and the room had a balcony facing it.
The Island View restaurant we wanted to go to on the top floor( for our anniversary) was under renovations and moved to the first floor. NO ONE was in the restaurant, we sat at the bar for almost an hour, at 8Pm we left and went offsite to eat.. The place needs a lot of TLC. I had white flecks of old paint on my body and in my hair. The balcony on the other side of the railing was rotted and we hoped under the tile on the balcony that was not rotting that we were sitting on! You could see the screws not going into any wood! Shower pressure was very low. STAFF, absolutely fantastic. All smiles and wanted to be of service. Old, old, old place

The beach was right outside the hotel, that was the ONLY good thing about this place
The room was 120....DIRECTLY over the bar. You get to hear the banging only til midnight they told us. If you want a relaxing resort hotel this is NOT it. And no we cant change your room, we are booked up. And at checkout, the clerk says next time you can request the quiet side. Next time?!?!? 🤣 Oh and then the trash smell, that was lovely too. Oh and the garbage trucks at 0600 hrs when you had just a few hours of sleep. The loud AC was a bonus. The bed was a bag of lumps. Just felt dirty and sub par for our liking in our opinion. Others may feel it was spectacular. When it says resort, we expect resort. Did not eat any of the food either, due to being so underwhelmed with this place.
Thank goodness it was only for 2 nights, otherwise we would have checked out sooner! This hotel was not up to our expectations.

The staff here is outstanding.
Needs to be updated.

The restaurants/bars were good. Enjoyed the live music. The room was clean.
The ac will only let you go to 72 degrees. Was warm at night and could not adjust ac. The phone in the room did not work. There was only 1 elevator working the entire weekend. It took 40 minutes to get the elevator to check out. The cooler policy on the beach is ridiculous. We were asked to move our cooler over about 1 foot. All we had in the cooler was water and fruit. Very disappointed that the hotel chairs and umbrellas take up most of the beach, there is no space for guests if you don’t want to rent the umbrellas. We encountered many rude staff members. Parking should be for guests only. Allowing the public to pay and park there leaves no spaces for guests.

Location was good and being oceanfront was great. Enjoyed the view every day and being within walking distance to shopping and lots of different restaurant choices was nice (highly recommend Little Palm for breakfast).
I was completely unaware there was a live rock band every single night in the bar/lounge on the ground level of the hotel. This is an old building, and as such, you can hear EVERYTHING. So if you're someone who enjoys going to bed at a decent time (10 pm or so) or if you're a family with young children who want to put your over tired kids to bed by 8/9 pm, then be prepared for that not to happen if your room is on a lower floor, particularly the 1st or 2nd floor. The music is LOUD and continues until midnight; if you're staying on the 1st floor it literally vibrates the walls/floor. This is kind of a "party" hotel, so expect noise and carrying on from other vacationers, unless you get lucky enough to have respectful neighbors. Mine had his own music blaring on his balcony before 8 AM.
Hotel building is old and dated, which I expected so no surprise there, but in all honesty...it really needs some updating. Rooms are decent enough though, and the view is definitely enjoyable.
SIDENOTE: Each room has a dehumidifier in them. Be prepared to empty the tray of water when it gets full. You will need to do this a couple times each day during the summer months (unless you have housekeeping do it - but even then, it needs emptying more than once). The dehumidifier cannot do its job if the tray is full; it will stop and blink the "empty" sign until it has been emptied. Personally, I wasn't bothered by this. But this is a little detail you're not informed of at check-in, so be aware.

room size
chaos in the hotel, chaos and noise late at night, I felt unsafe with my children. cat calls and comments made as my 13 year old girls walked by the bar area to the elevator.

We enjoyed the hotel very much.
A lot of the property looked fine for a beach hotel. But the underside and entrance to hotel could use an extreme face lift and brightened up. Almost scary to walk into.

The food was not bad
The place was run down. A lot of sketchy people walking the property and bars at night time. Not a kid friendly environment at all.

loved how you didn’t have to leave the property unless you wanted to! everything was right there
wish the pool was ocean side

The beach was beautiful
There were multiple added fees and there were fines if the curtains were opened at night. The A/C did not work, even after calling maintenance three times. We were required to dump the dehumidifier every few hours to try to keep the room cool. Because of the outside temperatures and the inefficient air conditioning we were not able to open the curtains and enjoy the beach and gulf view and then could not open the curtains at night either or be fined.

close to the beach and water
cold water in sink did not work. asked for repair but didn’t happen.

Great location. Friendly and accommodating staff. Never have to leave the resort. Everything needed is there.
Pool needs to be kept up with throughout the day. The tunnel needs to be seriously cleaned and more lighting, even during the day-very dark and dingy.
Overall stay was fantastic. Was a little out off at check out. “Room keys please”. “You will receive an email from the third party booking”. That is all they said. No “thank you”. “How was your stay”. “Come back soon”. NOTHING. Very stranger.
