Location off highway

Lukewarm shower water temperature and dirty carpets in hallway. Breakfast food needed to be better

I would choose another hotel next time it's my personal preference

Not much for the simple fact that I had to unload all my items push with cart I'm going to 65 years old I don't have an elbow it was recalled I had to do all that and drag it all the way down to the very last room I had to pay for the extra jacuzzi which I had already ordered and then they I paid cash and then they charge my credit card anyway it wasn't a good time no

I did not like the fact that I had reservations there with a jacuzzi and they said I didn't I've got it here in my phone I proved it to them they didn't and then I had to pay cash for the room that night extra $30 extra $150 for my 5-day stay and I paid $30 cash that night and they charge my card $150 they charge the whole card it was just it I could not get my phone to charge I decided to leave the very next morning and came out my tires were sliced so all together it wasn't a good trip.

I stayed here while my husband was in the hospital for open heart surgery, I liked the price and location but that was a

location and cost were why I stayed, the lobby was clean

there were a few bugs in the room, the room did not seem as clean as I had expected and the hallway reeked of pot

Quick trip

Room pretty clean and bed really comfortable. Gentlemen working was nice. Price compared to others was reasonable.

You can tell it's an older property. Paint in bathroom falling off. Could be a bit cleaner ex. Fridge microwave. Toilet clogged and drains pretty slow.

Did not like the fact the moment you walked in the door uou smelt weed and it was this way the hole time we stayed staff was ok breakfast was ok and the pool was way to cold no way it was 82 degrees like it says

Staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean.

The gentleman that set up the food, kept it stocked and cleaned up was very friendly and attentive. The food was good.

Ran out of butter one day and milk another day. The hotel needs to make sure that the food is available to be stocked.

There are several hotels in the area. I'd try a different one before I returned here.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient.

Facilities are dated and very worn. I was delayed in my arrival and advised the hotel by phone I'd arrive a day late, and I was assured my reservation would be kept. I arrived to find my reservation had been cancelled and was placed into a different type of room than I had reserved.

Breakfast was not appetizing

I was required to allow them to copy my driver's license. First hotel I have ever stayed in that copied my license. Absolutely a infringement on a person's privacy. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Friendly and spacious with good amenities.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby is welcoming. The area is very corporate so we had to drive 15 min to a restaurant. The bed is next to the A/C so the person on that side of the bed gets cold. The bed is a bit soft. But otherwise the room is comfortable. Has a fridge and microwave and a nice sitting area.

it smelled mildew and smoke, and for the price, not worth it. couldn’t regulate the A/C.
