Great place to stay just wish TV provider was better

Great comfortable beds breakfast fantastic. Staff friendly and courteous to guests

The service, everyone very friendly.

Handicap room on 3rd floor and not near the elevator. It was almost at the end. It was difficult for mother.

It was great. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Your staff member Helen serving breakfast went above and beyond. She is a TRUE treasure. She was so friendly and helpful. We were there for 3 nights and we ate at the hotel all 3 days just because of the service from Helen. Over all staff members very nice.

Clean rooms and common areas, friendly staff.

Breakfast area was spacious and clean, and the food and beverage options were plenty (both hot and cold options for food and bev).

Not really a property issues, but on my second nights' stay there was a baby that cried from 10pm to about 2am (or at least until i was able to fall asleep).

It said pet friendly but when i came down I was denied lodging because my service animal was coming to live in Pueblo. Even though I had no accounts in my name yet my service animal and I were considered residents. They don't allow resident to have animals in their hotel. I'm sueing.

Helen in breakfast bar was warmly welcoming! what an asset for travelers!!

Easy access from highway, clean, well appointed. Area felt safe, very nice property. Incredible pillows!!

That it was clean.

I had to wait to check in after the 3pm check in time because our room wasn't ready. I understand the shortness of the staff but they couldn't put me in a different one because of my dog, so I had to wait.

Decent stay in Pueblo

We booked through Booking.com, booked two queen beds but received a king instead. The hotel refused to make an adjustment because I booked through Booking.com. So be aware that you may not receive the room that you booked.

Overall it was wonderful

The bedroom was very nice and spacious.

Breakfast could of been better more selection of fresh fruit . Also there were no sheets on the sofa bed.

The bed sheets where dirty upon arrival, please change the mattress to the sofa bed. Overall do better with cleaning

State fair weekend trip

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was great each morning, fresh, well stocked Helen was amazing she works so hard to please and ensure you have everything you need. The room was nice, I wish there was more light over the kitchenette area, it was dark. The Roman shade in the room did not roll up, must have been broken, we we manually rolled it and stuffed it up in the window tracks to keep it there. The fridge needed to be defrosted, there was huge frost in the freeze, we couldn't even use it. The pool and hot tub were nice, we swam during the day and had the whole area to ourselves. We'd definitely stay there again.

Freezer needed to be defrosted in the room, Roman shade needed to be fixed

Couldn’t get in the pool with your key card and it closes at 9pm staff was ok not overly friendly though, little dirty

The room wasn't worth $200 a night, bathroom was still dirty and the staff were rude

Breakfast was ok you'd think for $200 a night there'd be more of a selection

The bathroom not being clean, had 2 hrs before checkout went to run an errand and come back yo chill before checkout and they had already started breaking the room down

Overall OK. Nothing to write home about but a nice place to rest.

Easy to book.

Rooms were a little dirty. No hair dryer, almost died stepping in the shower, lol, slick, but hot water. Doors didn't close and lock appropriately, had to pull them shut.
