the building security

The fact that they have a starbucks in the lobby and by the time I got downstairs during my checkout, it was already closed. I ended up getting on the freeway with no coffee. The hours were limited, and there were several people wanting coffee. Also there was no microwave in the room, and bar of open soap in the dish in the bathroom That looked like it may have been previously wet. It was stuck to the soap tray.

Great location, very nice facility and welcoming staff!

The hotel is very nice. The person who checked us in, Ray, is a gem! He was welcoming, professional and always smiling. Nice pool area, nice clean room. Only reason it didn’t get a perfect score was the elevators were not working properly.

Everything was good except poorly working elevators.

I am a loyal Bonvoy client but this stay left me feeling like you don't really care.

The agent that checked us in was horrible. He was abrupt, rude and should not be serving guests. In addition, I specifically told him we were not parking a car and did not receive a parking voucher for our dashboard. However, we were charged for 2 nights of parking. I want a refund and an apology.

The location is perfect for us. It’s clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Great staff. Very clean.

The bar/restaurant is really a fast food place. Not fresh, more like put together items and overpriced. I wouldn’t call it a “bistro”. That said, my quesadilla was good. There was a tear in the upholstery on the couch/pullout in my room but didn’t effect my comfort.

The smoke alarm is the type with flashing LEDs every 4 or five seconds. Very annoying trying to sleep. Wouldn't stay in another room that had that type of device.
