Nothing….

My room smelled like urine. The restroom was not properly cleaned. Tub still dirty. The shower curtain rod was broken. Sink was clogged, didn’t drain good. Only one towel, one hand towel and was not enough for two of us. The bed had two blood spots. I called the front office and even rung the doorbell in person to talk to the attendant but no answer. I paid for two nights stay but since my concerns weren’t addressed, I left. No refunds were made up to this day. Oh, there were drugs being used on the stairs and other things happening. It’s not a nice place to stay. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

They charged my card and said it did not go through and on my billing statement says they did also .i would strongly advise no one to go there.especally in the summer because the bugs.

Sketchy people walking around at night.

The bed was comfortable . Close to freeway and stores.

There was no cookware in the room to use. Mostly young homeless people hanging out in the parking lot and laundry room. A lot of illegal things going on at night.

This place should be removed from your site ASAP! It was filthy and rundown. The safety latch for the door was sitting on the windowsill in pieces! The pillowcases and towels were two shades of dingy, burn marks on the chair, curtains were tattered and hung poorly, ceiling light cover sat on top of a cabinet and a cabinet door sat inside of a cabinet. Walls were dirty and obvious patchwork on back of bathroom door. At the bottom of stairs were boxes of trash and clothes on the ground! I immediately had to find other accomodations. TOTALLY UNINHABITABLE! I was afraid to even sit down!

We booked this only because there was a roll-in shower, which my fiancée needs. He is a quadriplegic.

They originally tried to put us in a regular room and not the ADA accessible one we had reserved. Every single van accessible parking space was being used, mostly by cars with no handicap tags. I had to walk back and forth through the parking lot multiple times to load and unload my fiancée’s lift and shower chair and medical equipment as well as our luggage because the manager refused to do anything about the cars in the handicap stalls near our room. Our ‘non-smoking’ room smelled like cigarettes. If I had been able to find another accessible room on such short notice we would not have stayed.

Reserved an accessable room with 2 queen beds. The hotel put us in a standard room with one queen bed. Then they lied to booking.com and said they reached a resolution to refund the first night and then move us to al room that we booked. We spent the whole stay in the room they gave us. Said they issued a refund of $89.00 on 3/10 but still have not seen it. Will never stay there again.

Shower/tub was filthy. No one came to do housekeeping in 7 days.

There was garbage all over the place

I like the location of the property.

I don’t like the drug dealing and the prostitution ring and whatever else is going on over there and it doesn’t seem like management is taking care of that because I know of a recent situation because my husband defended the person he was staying there he was staying there because he’s getting a job at Kennecot copper. he had to defend himself and shoot a drug dealer who is coming at him with a lead pipe he even hit him before he shot but the type of weapon that he had unfortunately killed the drug dealer. However why the heck was he there doing drugs in the first place or trying to beat up other customers that should never happen.

No breakfast, roaches everywhere, bathroom sink leaked all night long.

It was okay just that the house cleaners need to clean better!!!
