Cleanliness needs to be a bigger priority!

The staff tried to accommodate.

The Cleanliness, rooms had to be changed due to urine colored stained sheets. The new room had the same issue so guest took it upon themselves to go purchase new bedding. Non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke causing guest to become sick.

Not a good or safe place.

It was a place to sleep.

Left early. The room smelled like gas and the fire alarm went off during the night. I do not reccommend.

It was a good stay and felt comfortable to be in

It was nice and clean. The people were friendly and made it comfortable to stay a couple nights

It seemed that they’re in reconstruction and could have help to complete it.

We left we didn’t stay, didn’t put our luggage down to dirty

The hotel was under construction. It was filthy, dirty completely unsanitary walls were dirty floors and carpets covered in dirt and stains people smoking in the entryway lobby was completely full of construction materials in lumber. Where are you pull in was covered in lumber and nails in the driveway we wouldn’t even put our stuff down. The room was so disgusting we left, we would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone

Absolutely nothing.

This motel should not be on booking.I can't see how it's affiliated with motel 6 the chain. It was disgusting. The staff where horribly and rude.There where fleas in my room.It smelt like smoke.And was like a flop house for vagrants. I wanted my money back.Do not book hotels off booking until you are outside.This place looked abandoned. Absolutely horrible experience.....

Do not stay here!! Not only is the place under renovations but it is disgusting. The room I stayed in should have been under renovations! The hallway carpet was stained and dirty. I would be better if the just removed it all together. The headboard of the bed had duct tape on it to keep it together! All the furniture was worn out and paint was chipping off everywhere. The bathtub coating had worn off and was flaking. It looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile. Trash outside was overflowing with old mattresses. The air wasn't on when I got to the room and it took about an hour to clear out the humidity and get it to a comfortable temperature. Curtains were stained at the bottom...I could go on. Just don't even bother.

Location was good. Animal friendly.

Poorly maintained, remodel has been going on for several months but nothing looks new. Maintenance staff needs a uniform, looks very unprofessional when entering an occupied room in casual worn street clothes. Stained mattress left in hallway. A/C did not work.

Nothing! Nasty isn't even a strong enough word to describe how nasty this motel is!

You couldn't even walk around without socks because if you did then you had nasty dirty feet that are now black. Literally nothing had been clean and don't get me started on the nasty tub that you wouldn't even want to sit in because you may catch something. Elevator smelled of Marijuana and scary people hanging around the back exit and absolutely no breakfast and rude staff other then one lady that was fake cleaning. Towels look dirty and stained still and good luck flushing the toilet. Oh and don't get me started on the constant phone calls asking for someone named Mark.

Horrible horrible room. Very uncomfortable. But the check in clerk was awesome.

I did not eat the breakfast or even seen my kids because of how everything else was. I don’t even know if they had it.

The staff, was nice. The lady that checked me in she was so polite & when my boys went for a key or something she was nice and another guest was being rude & argumentative so she shut him up & listened to my boys so when my boys was walking off the oldest one heard her say now listen here! I was like ok ok. Only if the rooms where like the hospitality. The rooms are horrible if felt like I was sleeping on bricks. I have back issues and this, oh my goodness, it’s not for us with BACK PROBLEMS. It’s 2 pillows I believe, they are THIN! The beds are not queen size might I point out. The towels are thin as the sheets and we had to use are own blanket. It’s so cheap. The owners just need to sell to someone that will remodel it. Pine bluff already looks bad and has went down and super dangerous, but then you got to go sleep at the free prison. I’m pushing it with the $29.00 it should be worth like $24.99 or $21.99 plus tax. Or no tax. Yes it’s that uncomfortable. The environment not great either. It’s not all new jack city bad but it for sure is not exclusive. Seems like a place people go because they can do anything. Not pleased with this and charged me $71.00. This is horrible. It’s not comfortable so anyone reading this go stay somewhere else.
