Für einen kurzen Stop over oder ein paar Nächte um Tampa anzusehen zu Empfehlen, Typisch US Frühstück

My grandsons 1st trip to island adventures

It was very clean and the staff were very nice and the beds were very soft.

We did not eat breakfast because I wanted scrambled eggs and bacon so I just got a cup of orange juice

Grosse und saubere Zimmer. Für kürzere Aufenthalte zu empfehlen.

Sehr geräumige und einfach eingerichtete Zimmer. Es war alles sauber! Für eine Nacht kann ich das sehr empfehlen!

Etwas dunkle Zimmer und das Frühstück ist nicht sehr gross.

Horrible

We arrived at 3am in our hotel to find the bed sheets soiled with what looked like pee and poop stains. The AC unit was loud and there was for sure something wrong with it as it did not sound like a normal AC unit more like a freight train on and off. We informed the hotel staff of our findings and even showed them a picture we took of the bed sheets - she asked us if she could forward that picture to her email which she did. We received a call from the manager a few hours later informing us that they were truly sorry about the sheet issue and that they issued us a 2000 point credit on our account since we booked through a third party and they couldn't refund us any money, As of today 4 days later we still have not received those promised credit points. We have stayed at this hotel every year when we travel to Tampa but needless to say this was our last time. It was just truly the worst experience we had out of all our hotel stays.

Great staff, A/C needs to be looked at by maintenance.

The staff was great, breakfast was good, and the room was nice

The a/c didn’t work very well and the room wasn’t super cool nor hot. The a/c also wasn’t very clean and it made the room really musty and I actually left the room feeling kind of sick.

it was ok overall, would not stay more than a weekend.

The room was a nice size and the hotel was in a great location near a lot of shops and restaurants.

The walls were thin and i could hear the couple in the room next to us being intimate. The beds were uncomfortable and the hot water in the shower kept leaving. Lastly I found a huge roach in the bathroom the second night I was there.

Nice hotel, great breakfast.

The room was very spacious with a really comfortable bed. Lovely big bathroom too with plenty towels. The pool area was nice for relaxing with a very HOT hot tub and very cold pool. Breakfast was great with a very good selection and plenty of it. Convenient for the airport.

I had arranged via Booking.com for an early check-in which was confirmed, but when we arrived, there were no rooms available and reception advised there was a $60 charge to check in early. I had email confirmation, but there were no rooms anyway. After 40 minutes sitting in lounge area, reception confirmed there was a room now available and there wouldn't be any charge. They were very accommodating and apologetic.

Relaxing, good location and very friendly staff from manager, desk and housekeeping!

This is in a great location near airport with a lot of food locations, even a Target a couple miles away. If like smoked food, need hit Jazzy's BBQ down the road half mile or so. This was rated best in USA by Good Morning America and they are right!! Only down side is that breakfast during week could be about an half hour longer, ends at 9am. We understand that it starts at 6am due to having business people during week. But, for us on vacation means have to make sure at breakfast by 830am. I'd enjoyed it more had been 630am till 930am. We plan however, to be back there due to location when travel to Tampa.

I can't say anything was bad with this hotel in any manner.

Poor

When you see the person that is tending to the breakfast bar, put their hands in the garbage can and pull out food that someone threw in there and then watch them. Take it back to the kitchen, you wonder what is being done with that food. Since they weren't wearing gloves, did they wash their hands and when they come back out to restock the bar with a container similar to the one they took out of the trash, it makes you wonder. Maybe nothing. Maybe something in either case. We will avoid the breakfast bar in the future

Doesn't do the Comfort Inn name justice

The size of the room and staff were amazing.

There was literally urine on my toilet seat. Also, the bathroom wasn't truly handicap accessible. Adding handrails doesn't make a poorly designed bathroom accessible.
