Had a problem with the hair dryer, was taken care of in a professional, timely manner

Disappointing

I like the people was really nice and friend and I liked my room until I started itching in the bed .

That the housekeeping didn't want to clean room until your stay was up in the hotel and I stay there a week no one came and clean the room or change the linen on the bed, and the maintenance was the same there was a leak in the bathroom he said he will fix it after I check out. THE HOUSEKEEPING PEOPLE AND MAINTENANCE WAS KIND OF SORRY

Great stay to rest your head

Great location.

The arm chair in our room looked really dirty. Breakfast was simple muffin, cereal, or waffles; no protein.

Price

Hotel needs to be updated. Better room furniture. More vending machines. Cameras around hotel. The room carpet smelled wet. Better air conditioning

The only thing I can say is the mattress was very comfortable.

Tiny snack cakes, orange juice, milk and bad coffee

Horrible pillows! Sheets and towels were well used and needs to be replaced. I had a difficult time getting the shower working.

Not a good value

Had good cable for the TV

Breakfast was not breakfast. The waffle mix was the consistency of water. Store bought muffins from a thrift store. Coffee was brown water. Shower handle just swiveled and you just had to guess as to hot and cold. Could smell cigarettes smoke everywhere even though non smoking hotel

Refrigerator didn't work, chairs were filthy ,sheets on bed were nasty, rooms were a little bit to expensive for what they had going on

The hotel was in a convenient location but will not stay there again.

The towels smelled and the smoke detector was missing so wires were hanging from the wall. The bed was not made up well.. The sheets were bald up under the very thin comforter. The furniture was dingy.

My stay was comfortable and convenient with only one flaw.

I like the location to my job and good friendly customer service! The price wasn't bad either for the amenities offered!

The breakfast options could be much better. It seems like some came from a wrapper and the waffles wasn't that good. The dining area wasn't even big to seat everybody.

Good price but you get what you pay for.

Close to Graceland where we planned to visit. Close to the major highway. Wasn't expensive.

Very limited breakfast options so we skipped that. The room was very warm when we arrived as the air was turned off. The exhaust fan in the bathroom made a very loud noise and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. The sink was clogged. There was a mysterious sticky substance on the carpet.

Great location close to venue and interstate. The staff was real nice especially the check in clerk Jessye. She helped us with our Uber and did extra special things for an us

The bed was very comfortable. Our first room was not smoke free but they gave us another.
