This was my first time staying with Wingate, and I can assure you it will not be my last.
This bar far has been the best hotel In terms of cleanliness, professionalism, comfort I have experienced. The front desk staff were very pleasant. I had phoned them to let them know I was running behind, and she assured me it wasn’t an issue and my room was waiting for me. She even told me to be careful driving “we’ll see you when you get here” I have stayed at a lot of hotels in the area and haven’t been made to feel that they were concerned for my well being. The male staff were dressed in suit and tie and the female staff were in skirts and dresses. Exceptional appearance In comparison to other hotel chains I have stayed at while back home. I chose the King room, and let me tell you, it was clean, welcoming and very nice size. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Exactly what I needed after a long drive. The pool area was very well kept, and J was lucky enough to have it all to myself for the hour of so that I spent. The pool and whirlpool had just been filled and sanitized shortly before I grabbed a few laps and relaxed in the whirlpool. It couldn’t have been better timing. There is a very nice exercise room with all of the modern equipment right next to the pool. I did not utilize any of the equipment this time, but I will definitely grad a quick work out next time I come back home.
I am originally from the South Side Of Chicago, but I now live in Knoxville Tennessee. My remaining family members are here in Orlando and Homer Glen, and the next time I come back for a visit I will definitely be signing up for a membership and staying here from now on.
In my opinion, this for me was just what I needed . I would give this a 10/10 rating with 5 stars.

It was local to other restaurants! And the lobby a receptionist was so welcoming and delightful!
We experienced stink bugs and the shower still had hair and the floor was not cleaned in the bathroom. We also had a stain on one of the pillows.

The BED and pillows were amazing. The jets in the shower were nice. The hotel was clean, inviting, and near shopping. The room was huge and comfortable. We really enjoyed it. I booked the room to see the "Queen," Patti Labelle.
I have no complaints, just a couple of nitpicks.....I would have liked a bigger pool and the price for the convenience store were too high.

My husband was profiled by an employee and another African American couple who witnessed event spoke to the manager. Police were called and we were made to leave. I do not want to pay for this stay. I also contacted hotel corporate office. NEVER AGAIN

the room that we booked when we walked in looks like the bed had been slept in and it wasn’t clean. also there was a scratch on the tv went down informed the staff and they upgraded our room to a king suite definitely coming back here again.

I enjoyed the entire experience from the time that I checked in through the time that I checked. The staff was extremely pleasant and professional. The decorations during the Christmas Holiday was beyond my expectations from the hanging icicles to the 12 foot Christmas tree. Breakfast was amazing as well. I had never seen an automatic pancake maker throughout my travels (I travel a lot). The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and the heat at the proper setting. I can go on and on but the most important part of my experience is that I will never forget it and plan to return again.

The hotel staff are friendly. The hotel is clean
This was the first time the heater didn't work in the rm . After we unloaded our luggage and other things an hour had passed and the heater didn't heat the rm. We had to pack everything and move to another rm which was very disappointing as my wife is ill. Seems we should have been offered a complete refund as we stay at your hotel twice a month for the last three months due to our home is being renovated and certain times the power and our the water needs to be off.
