Excellent location and Valet Parking
The Bathroom is rather cold but that’s only a very small critique, overall I liked all aspects.
4.3
The property was clean and looked very modern
The staff was hit and miss. Some were very nice and made our stay comfortable. Yet some were cold and not helpful. We had to move all of our luggage to the car while three of their outside staff watched and didn’t offer any help.
4.3
The location and staff and the great smell of the lobby
4.3
Everything
No sun light in the room as the tree was hiding all the sun lights
4.3
Location is wonderful with so many options for restaurants, coffee, and shopping nearby. The hotel feels trendy and somewhat casual, a great tone for a boutique hotel, but is still luxurious as it needs to be. Rooms are beautiful.
Nothing - I would definitely stay here again.
4.3
This is a very cute, hip hotel, feels like old Beverly Hills. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size, beds are very comfortable. Nice pool, and the location is right by The Grove, Beverly Center, Melrose Ave and tons of good restaurants.
4.3
Booked this place for its good rating and location, yet the entire experience doesn't impress much at all for the price point. The place is stylish and decorated, which is nice, but doesn't really exceed what's presented in the image. The room contains a microwave, which is nice for guests who need to heat up the leftovers. The cafe seems cool.
The parking is an absolute pain. The address of this hotel doesn't navigate you to their front door. Even when I go back and forth checking with the front desk, the staff doesn't care to approach me to work out the parking solutions at all. The valet parking is expensive. The room is bad with the sound proof that I can hear it clearly of what's been talking next door, thus bad sleep (Even though they offer earplug in the bathroom). The bathroom is kind of stinky and smelly don't know why, probably could be just old. The above unpleasant doesn't seem to be extremely bothering but adding up together does compromising my experience with Palihouse as I have paid a good amount of bills and had high hopes for it.

Everyone else other than the manager - Jonathan was nice
Hi,
The image shown in booking.com is completely different from how the room is . The property manager ( Mr . Jonathan ) kept arguing and did not offer any viable resolution. Perhaps the worst manager / host we have encountered including absolute disrespect for a woman . He did not offer any assistance and kept arguing and bossing around without any actual help.
Here is the list of problems
Problem 1 - Incorrect room displayed on Booking.com. It did not look the same as displayed when we checked in ( no sofas, no chairs )
Problem 2 - The AC in the room just wouldn't cool. It was about 72 deg and despite reducing it further it just wouldn't cool. We let the frontdesk know and they promised an engineer to look into the same.
No follow up, no nothing.
Problem 3 - Construction debris in the bathroom. There was a blade and some debris in the shower that wasn't cleared when we checked in. We had to call the house keeping who were prompt in resolving it.
Problem 4 - At night there was a sound like a running truck engine (from somewhere near the ac vent ) and it continued until the wee hours of the morning. It absolutely ruined our night. We asked the front desk, and they didn't know what to really do about it.
Problem 5 : No creamers, ,no milk, no shower cap , no room service on Sunday unless asked for, and no make up remover for apparently a 4 star hotel. We had to call for milk just to make a cup of coffee in the room.
This hotel does not deserve the money they are charging for a room.

Great aesthetics and design in the rooms
Spacious and comfortable
You could hear noise from the street because of the quality of the windows but the room has earplugs available
4.3
Great hotel. Absolutely perfect location surrounded by great bars, cafes, and restaurants, friendly and helpful staff, excellent bar. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and the rooftop pool is a great spot to unwind and soak up sun.
The only (very, very minor) issue that we experienced is that the TVs were a little outdated and did not connect to the internet, have any streaming platforms, etc. Not a major deal by any stretch, but if you were hoping to unwind with some TV or a movie after a long travel day, or stream music/YouTube, you're out of luck.
4.3
The style and small touches..
Definitely the bed !
It gets really noisy at night..
There was a charge to our credit card after checking out without a clear reason.

The property was absolutely beautiful and the staff provided five star service from the moment we arrived.
The only thing would be that the pool & pool area is very tiny.

This hotel was wonderful. The hotel is so cute and decorated in the most charming way. The staff was so welcoming from the valet’s to the front desk. The rooms are spacious and beautiful.

I really liked this Hotel. The location is wonderful, you can walk around and even find transportation if not have a car.
The only think, I do not like is how does the flavoring smell, a little strong.

Really classy and chic hotel, loved the decor and the feel of the place! Cocktail happy hour was always good and lovely atmosphere in the bar. Favourite thing was the microwaves in the room, really handy
Sometimes we had to chase on room cleaning but I understand this is one of their newer hotels, maybe still ironing things out

Loved the design of the hotel. Very accommodating with late checkout. Good size room and nice pool area. Near some good restaurants
Bottled water in rooms would be good given paying an amenities fee. Three of us were staying in the room but only had two towels on arrival. Room was cleaned but towels and toilet paper were missed in being replaced
4.3
small boutique hotel central. big rooms great beds.
noise bar, load Aircon, way over priced for what it is. small bathroom. small than booking description. very over priced it should be half. a little to hipster

This is my second Palihouse and I love the style and how clean it is.
The service was good although I did pay a premium for my room.
Location was great - loved being close to everything by car. 10 mins to WEHO and Bev Hills.
Room was very well done, comfy and warm.
Free breakfast would have swung a 10.
Parking is crazy expensive at the hotel. Used the local roads after 6pm and meters if in business hours.
4.3
great big room. well equiped with dishes, cutlery etc. great bed. nice and soft. great. bar and restaurant with friendly staff
Shower is not according to a hotel with these rates. water temperature not managable. too hottttt!

We were so happy with our stay at the Palihouse. Having stayed at the same site when it was The Orlando, we were excited to see all the new changes. Our room was contemporary, very comfortable and had every amenity one could need. Every staff member we spoke with was helpful and welcoming. In particular, Andrii at the front desk went out of his way to assist us with a time-sensitive matter. He was understanding of our dilemma and took quick action to resolve the problem. We departed with huge smiles and look forward to our next visit.

location, cleanliness, facilities were all great. Adrian C. at the front desk was great with recommendations, directions and very personable. 👍🏻
