Nothing special. photos on booking looked SO MUCH BETTER than it really is
Totally disappointed with property but it was to late because we booked it on our way. Photos showed a pool it’s non existing and hot tub unavailable no water in it update the photos because this looks like a boutique resort and it’s far from it. Hilton standards have dropped below par.
3.2
Dog friendly, big rooms, thoughtful features and attentive staff. Very close to the mountain.
3.2
Great property
Room was super hot. Couldn’t lower heat
3.2
Location
While I don’t mind that they are dog friendly, my stay was impacted by someone who left their dog alone in the room- and the dog proceeded to bark all morning.
3.2
Friendly staff and always smiling
3.2
Comfy spacious room
Close to the mountain
Hot tub was closed
Price slightly high for a Sunday night
Lack of vibe
3.2
There was no breakfast potions. The Starbucks was not ready to handle a full capacity hotel.
No soap and towels in my room at check in.The number of
Androndeck chairs in hot tub area qty 2, one broken was not acceptable for hotel in a resort area and a fully booked hotel. Pool not open.
3.2
There is no breakfast.. Coffee shop opens at 7am when I arrived at 7:20 am they weren’t even prepared yet
Everything
3.2
Location was good. Staff was friendly
Seemed very old Several Lights didn’t work. No toiletries. Carpet and floor were dirty
3.2
Horrible!! No ice, no coffee, no washcloths, disgusting pool (out of order), dirty room, zero amenities, incredibly rude staff. Our room had a skylight directly over the bed so the sun started beaming on our faces at 6am. Absolutely MISERABLE experience
Nothing

7 dY stay no service to room. Bath sink no draining. Toilet needed tightening. Bathroo. Floor dirty. Desk uncooperative. I'm 85 husband 100% disabled veteran. No handicapped rooms. We were on 3rd floor 346. End of long hall. Can we get a discount. Will not stay again
3.2
convenient location
The grounds were not maintained well. The pool area was not clean. The outdoor jacuzzi area was overgrown with weeds in the stones on the patio. The restaurant/bar was closed. The staff couldn’t find our reservation when we arrived. The toilet was dirty and wouldn’t flush after 1 flush.
3.2
Location
The room was not what I requested, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned from the previous occupants, the staff was very young and immature, and there was no manager on duty when I left the following day to address my issues.

loved the common area with pool table and games area by the fireplace. loved the decor too. great looking space
was great.

1) Nice sized room and comfortable bed.
2) Lovely central location to drive around Vermonts lovely towns. Would be great in the snow season with open fires.
3) Plenty of Bars and Restaurants nearby.
1) Killington Mountain Lodge has the opportunity to be a stunning Hotel but unfortunately not at the moment as it is currently understaffed. or staffed with the wrong people or both.
2) Our room had a Skylight in the ceiling which was great for watching the stars in bed at night but not when your woken at 5:00 am every morning when the sun comes up.
3)There is zero atmosphere and zero staff attendance in order to provide the normal daily Hotel functions. ie, Bar, Housekeeping.
4) Had to visit reception or dial zero to get fresh towelling every day.
5) Swimming pool out of action.
6) Way overpriced for what you get.
7) Hilton Hotels currently have a Pet friendly policy where pets can stay in rooms. I personally do not agree with pets being allowed into Hotel rooms that are then used by people that are allergic to animals. Especially if you have asthma or allergies. This is the 2nd Hilton Hotel that we have recently stayed in with this policy. In the future we will avoid Hilton Hotels.

the common area was great and pool table
there was large hole in our bathroom door, the hot tub tiles we falling off
3.2
Beautiful property. The room was well maintained.
Having to use bottled water was odd given this is a hotel and they absolutely should be able to maintain their well water. The beds were my biggest disappointment, but everyone’s tastes are typically different. The beds are very hard and thus my sleep wasn’t good. The one thing that I absolutely wasn’t ok with was that someone came into our room without knocking. I mentioned it at front desk, and they told me the only people on duty were management. Odd.
3.2
Breakfast was not complementary, and I’m pretty sure it made both my daughter and I mildly sick
The hummus snacks we bought from the store were sour and expired
The pool and hot tub water were not clean
There was only one working light in our room between the beds
There was garbage in the room from the previous guests including half eaten ice cream in the freezer
3.2
No hot water, toilet kept plugging, and the water was no drinkable.
3.2
Location…<10 mins to slopes & all restaurants. Room was Hampton Inn quality. Front Desk staff super helpful with my UPS ski gear shipments to/from property. Billiards table fun.
Not worth $750 for (2) nights. Apparently facility is on WELL so H20 smells terrible, stains the tub & you must drink bottled water. Hot Tub H20 was awful…no reason why it can’t be clean using salt or chlorine. Breakfast good but not for $20 per person…luckily ours was Comp’d. Roof skylight in our 3rd Floor room = wake up @ 6AM
3.2
location, breakfast
indoor pool needs renovation. beds were very hard
3.2
The room was nice and checkin was easy. Staff was pleasant and breakfast was ok.
The hot tub was green and the water did not smell good. It was gross.
The pool water was clear but the bottom of the pool was slimy and slippery.
3.2
nothing
worst stay of my life at a hotel
3.2
Location and quiet room on 3 rd floor
Room was not ready until almost 4 pm. Although that is check in most hotel ofer earlier check in. Not enough towels. No ability to regulate the temp in the room. Staff not helpful when asked for towels. One shampoo for 4 people.
3.2
The lobby had a real wood fireplace.
The facilities were all closed. The bathroom was pretty dirty from hard water stains and rust.
3.2
The location was great and quality of the hotel was good along with their breakfast and other amenities such as indoor pool and the hot tub. Also, the hotel provided drinking water bottles at no cost, which was great. They also have stacked up towels near the pool and the hot tub which was great as well so guests wouldn't have to go asking for them. Staff was excellent as well.
Water in the bathroom was brown and when informed didn't get a satisfactory response. I was told the PFA in the water in the area is high and there was a directive from VT health department not to consume water except for bathing. With kids it was scary at first and also really inconvenient. Plus, I didn't get a clear answer on why the water is brown. As far as I know, PFA doesn't add a color to the water.
Another issue I had was the way they cleaned up the parking lot after a big snow storm. First the parking lot was not fully cleaned, then they literally piled up snow that was cleaned up on the side which blocked all guests' vehicles, which made is extremely difficult to get the vehicles out.
Last but not least, I was charged more than the original price quoted through Booking.com. After weeks gone by, I am still trying to reconcile it. One other issue at the check-in was I was told I have to pay for breakfast, when I paid extra and got a room that included breakfast. When I confronted, person at the desk confirmed that I do have breakfast included. Not sure somehow his is what made them overcharge me. But I am really disappointed, having to waste my time trying to resolve a mishap that should have been avoided in the first place.
