Clean and quiet

Booked 4 rooms for my Girl Scout troop following a long day at Great America. Check in was quick. Rooms were clean. Breakfast the next morning was good and they made sure to continously stock the items as they went out of stock

Great remodel, everything looks new!

Breakfast needs work! The eggs and sausage were very cold, like heating element was turned off!

Front desk staff was unpleasant. Unwelcoming entrance due to construction. Hotel is in the middle renovations. Room was fine/clean. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. No hot water. Water was luke warm for a few minutes before going completely cold.

Nice location in the heart of good ole Silicon Valley, and downtown MT. View less than 5 minutes!!

Philipe at the front desk was very hospitable, Loved location, price, weekend location. Bay area should be proud when the renovation is completed. If the rates stay the same when the renovations are done this is the place to stay. The rooms were fantastic roomy, comfortable beds, and so close to the freeway with the freeway noise. Like I say Philipe was very pleasant, which makes the stay that much better, and a nice lil taqueria in a pleasant store 2 doors down, so convenient.

No breakfast but when renovation is done, looks very promising.

Nice hotel, bad location for us

Staff was very nice and accommodating, room was nice, I could tell it was new, the bed was so comfortable if I could have taken it home I would have.

Didn't care for the sink area not being part of the bathroom, the hotel itself had no vending machines open and it was too far to get anything to eat that we could find anyway, the only two restaurants close by looked iffy.. They could have been ok but we didn't try either of them.

Well laid out, clean, friendly. Excellent value!

The front entrance is right around a curve off the highway. The sign is hidden in the bushes and overpowered by the next door hotel.

New facilities in the room; clean and bright inner setting; the beds are really comfortable

Because i asked for a room that is far away from the nearby highway, my room was at the corner of the building, and the wifi signal was not strong at the study desk for my phone but was okay at the door.

Exceeded Expectations!

They are in the process of renovation so dinner things and services are unavailable. However the rooms were top notch! Very 5 star and the service was golden! I visited during a record breaking heat wave of 115 degrees and the air conditioning was perfect! The beds and pillows were plush! The incidental fee is only $25 which is very good! I will be back! I work in the area so when i don't want to commute, this will be my hotel!

It was a bit warm in the halls, gym and lobby in guessing because the main unit was off during reno. But you are able to turn your personal ac unit on as high as you want in your room.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was fantastic! I would definitely stay there again! Highly recommend!!

The lobby entrance was a little hard to find. I think they need signage right at the lobby entrance.

Our room was newly redone

The facility is undergoing upgrading. Most, if not all, amenities were not available.

There was no information, during booking, regarding lack of amenities. Due to remodeling.

Disappointing and overpriced.

There was no breakfast. Buried in fine print was the fact that the hotel is undergoing renovations; it was not obvious in any way. No amenities available and the facilities were serious lacking due to this.

Disclosures in Booking.com. Could have given a voucher for breakfast off premises. No attempt at addressing my concerns other than to tell me that they'd been having that problem with Booking.com and that the renovation was fully disclosed on their website. Did not do me any good!
