I was underwhelmed for the price. I believe they charge this price because it’s Kirkland. I don’t mind the price, if the

The decor and location. The artwork was nice.

The price for what we received. We’ve stayed at similar hotels and payed way less. For the price of almost $400.00, I expected more “extras” in the room. A tub, a self serve bar to purchase snacks or drinks, a toilet taller than a child size and a soft close lid, better mattress, etc.

location

WiFi did not work. Quilt on bed was very old and had hardly any feathers so resulted in a cold night Bar and restaurant closed at 9pm

Unplanned visit.

Dinner was quite good. Had the braised beef, thank the chef. Made a horrid day much better for my mom and I.

I wasn’t informed about valet parking cost, however that fee was removed. This was the first time staying at the Heathman, we would stay again if able to find a reasonable rate online. Given the added valet fee, we would consider other options. In general, excellent accommodations and amenities.

Good

Lovely room, but there were no robes which I expected at nicer hotels. Our room was not very quiet, you could clearly hear the pedestrian beeping from the crosswalk. Also it took over 20 minutes to warm up for hot water .

For the pricepoint, I will choose a room on the water with a view next time.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Kirkland within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops and parks. We were able to get free street parking very close the entire stay - which was good because Valet parking is expensive.

They didn't tell us that if we wanted to have our room cleaned - we needed to let Guest Services know. We had the light to have the room cleaned turned on all day while we were gone and came back to nothing had been touched. The cleaning chemicals in the lobby were very powerful and overwhelming. There is a LOT of road noise so it's pretty loud when sleeping.

Great place in the heart of Kirkland.

This hotel is very clean,great staff and they upgraded us to the same wedding suit that we stayed for our wedding. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. when we had to wait long time the room service, the front desk lady took our order and handled it. we had our puppy and they gave us a dog bed and bowl and that was very nice.

Long wait for the the staff to pick up the phone at times. Especially the restaurant that is part of the Hotel. Short staff maybe ?

very thin walls, the couple next door was having sex all night and we were disturbed as they were obnoxiously loud.
