For one night stay was ok but we wouldn't stay there again.

Breakfast was good. Nice selection of different foods.

Furniture in room very worn. Holes in chair upholstery. Wooden furniture banged up. Areas in room not very clean. There appeared to be mold in the bathroom. Rooms had a weird smell.

Staff could have made a concerted effort to remedy the lack of pots and pans in our Kitchenette.

Hot Tub and indoor pool, although small, was nice. Some stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Disappointed with the "Kitchenette". Had no pots or pans, limited flatware (literally 1 metal fork). Made the lack of Pots and Pans known to the front desk, a fry pan was located and initially indicated I needed to return it. Asked to speak with the Hotel manager on the morning of the 2nd day, was told he would be there in the afternoon. He was not. Requested again that evening and was told he would be there in the morning of our 3rd day. He was there and i explained the lack of supplies in the kitchenette which puzzled him and he apologies and refunded 1 night. I was disappointed in the staffs lack of care or interest in the fact the kitchenette had no pots and pans and did nothing after taking a fry pan from another room. Also the Bed mattress was not great, a decent mattress would be greatly appreciated.

Great for Larger Families!

The room was amazing, it was like staying in our own private apartment for the night. One of the most comfortable stays I've ever had with our large blended family. The indoor pool was great for the kids, and the free breakfast was well stocked and fresh. I think the best part of the stay was the staff...everyone from check-in to check-out that I came into contact with was exceedingly professional, warm and friendly.

TownPlace Suites - Scranton Wilkes are sucks

Only Location...

Their staff is not helpful and they took all towels from my room when I step out from room, and they didn't even put any towel, and than I went to desk for towel, they are like insulting and said we don't have towel.... wt* and then I had to go Walmart to get towel.... won't stay again there for sure....

Place was very cute, clean and friendly staff.. the beds were hard:( shower curtain liner was too short and that in turn lead to a very wet shower floor ... but all in all... I liked the hotel for sure!
