Must have per tour dei parchi

Pulizia ed ordine, struttura in pieno stile americano. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Struttura obbligata per un tour nei parchi.

Just okay this time

I love this hotel. It's beautiful and clean and just an awesome hotel. We stay here often when we travel.

The beds were ridiculously uncomfortable. We've never had this issue before but these were the noisy spring beds we used to have 20 years ago.

Would definitely recommend it

Excellent room (very big and comfortable, very comfortable bathroom with one external and one inside sink that it very convenient for the family). Very spacious shower that is also very important when traveling with kids. Great restaurant on site for both fine dining dinner and vey delicious breakfast. We came from Vegas staying in Bellagio. Ironically, we all agreed this hotel was much cleaner and much more comfortable.

perfektes Hotel für einen Roadtrip in Arizona

Zimmer, Sauberkeit der Zimmer und generelle Atmosphäre des Hotels waren super. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten in die Umgebung. Sehr gutes Restaurant (sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen) und sehr nette, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, das ich sicher wieder besuchen werde.

Room was nice, restaurant too expensive and cleaning was upon request but poor

Asked for cleaning service but they failed, First night I had dinner and it was horrible. At least my request.

It was just ok...

The property has been kept up nicely considering how old it is. The bathrooms were very large which worked well for our family. It dumped a ton of snow the morning we were leaving. They did a great job of shoveling and plowing the property.

Our room was not clean (pretzels in the floor, bathroom door had handprints and lotion, hair in shower) and we had a terrible draft coming through the balcony door. The bedding was LOUD. Woke us all up anytime someone moved.

Enjoyed my stay and would recommend to my family and friends!

First I want to say my stay was fantastic! I enjoyed my time! The friendliness of the staff! I forgot to bring my eye drops and I was able to get some from your onsite store. The restaurant had a variety of meals to choose from. The room was very clean. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times already and will stay again.

The view from the room could be worked on this there was a large tree. Was not able to see pass it.

Little America Hotel - The Best!

Beautiful rustic hotel with lovely grounds, fabulous restaurant, and spacious rooms. Service was exceptional, particularly the Restaurant staff. A real highlight of our trip to the US. The location was ideal for us as we were sightseeing during our trip. Would highly recommend it.

Exceptional

So beautiful and clean! It felt like we were staying at a 5-Star resort. The outside was dated, but the inside was very nice. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The restaurant staff was not friendly at all. Made us feel somewhat uncomfortable. We had been travelling all day and probably looked a little disheveled, and we had our children with us. But our children were very well behaved. We just felt out of place.

A wonderful find.

What a top-notch hotel. We had never seen this hotel. With the ice storm that came through, this hotel didn't go up in price. We got stuck in Flagstaff AZ, and we had to find a hotel to stay overnight. Booking comes through again. An unbelievable price and stay.

The ice in the parking lot, not the hotels problem.

Amazing property, but bring your own pillow!

My sister and I stay at this establishment everytime we come up to Flag. The staff is amazing and they even remember us when we come back, We love that. The outdoor area outback is our fave and this time we got to see all of the Christmas light and they were stunning. We even built a snow man and did a snowy hike out back. We will always stay here when in Flag they are the best.

This time around our room was incredibly expensive so that was not the best. We know it was because of the limited time the lights are up but WOW. Also the pillows here do not hold thier shape and so they do not support our necks. We always have to bring our own pillows from home. Last thing...there was a storm warning the next day and we chose to not say the second night to get down to Phoenix safley. Of course they did not provide a refund for that. I know it is not anyone's fault really....but it would have been nice since we stay there a lot if the hotel would have offered something in the way of compensation. Drink tickets, a free meal next time we stay ...something.

Cozy hotel with great staff

The property is really well located (even though it is not in the city center), awesomely decorated (for Xmas/New Year), reception staff super friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are magnificent and very, very clean.

Getaway

Hotel was remodeled a couple of years ago to bring it in line with other hotels in the region. The pool,spa, and forest grounds are terrific.

The fireplace was not going yet. Even though it did get down to 23 degrees.

Will probably return.

All round a nice facility, especially the outdoor pool. Good base for exploring the Grand Canyon.

There could have been a little more variety on the menu for breakfast and dinner. Also there was a strong odor of cleaning products in my room, not enough to make it unbearable but not pleasant.
