Staff was courteous

I have never been to a Marriott concert where there was no continental breakfast or a swimming pool.

Convenient, clean, nice, and a good value

This hotel was exceptionally clean and updated. Everything was very professional.

The location was in the middle of a research park. It was convenient in the sense that it was close to highways. It was also very safe. The environment overall though was not particularly nice.

Bistro area was great. Prices a little steep but food good and staff excellent. Willie and Valerie were very accommodating

The main drawback was housekeeping staff could not understand english

I love the staff they were great. I was staying with my mum, sister and 17 month old baby and they were very accommodating to baby needs and were very friendly towards her.Good breakfast options but had to order out a lot for dinner as they did not have a lot options( but then again I was there for 30 days and needed different meal options). Location great close to rt 9,495, and very quiet place. Sometimes it got crowded and loud in the morning when needing to have zoom meetings for work as others would also be having meetings as there is no designated private area for business meetings,but this wasn’t a huge bother for me.

The shower got clogged easily in the room we were in and the staff fixed it right away. There were 2 fire alarms early in the morning 2 mornings we were there due to the grill which was a nuisance. If the grill is not fixed this maybe an ongoing issue on random days for guests you may want to fix this.

Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Shower stall was probably a bathtub, and is now too narrow with glass sliding doors.

Overpriced and underwhelmed.

We were close to the location of our event.

The place was dated. The comforter smelled like body odor and had definitely not been washed for a long time. Our friends stayed in a room with a pull out couch and they could not supply them with linens or a pillow!

Superb

The room, flooring, fixtures and furniture were all very nice and in excellent condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. It was close to the start line for the Boston Marathon and was within easy driving distance of Logan International Airport.

The room was mostly very clean, but housecleaning had overlooked the sofa-bed which had been used by a previous occupant. Front desk staff offered a different room, but we opted for clean sheets and a fresh blanket and redid the bed ourselves. We would have appreciated having a microwave in the room to reheat coffee, etc.

The charge was before check out and it charged me twice. The lady in front desk didnt know what to do, i hope thete will not be double charge.
