Ruim opgezet complex met nette kamers, mooi zwembad die tot laat is geopend
Geen (schoonmaak) service bij 2 overnachtingen, blok verder dan hotel begon al de rotzooi, vervuiling en zwervers.

The rooms are always well appointed with good space and facilities. Consistency is delivered in spades and it is an oasis. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.
When checking in I asked to be allocated a room close to the parking as I had a large volume of luggage that I needed sorting. I was hoping for a garden room as those parking spots are right outside. The receptionist said she would sort it out and understood the need.
I was allocated a rood in one of the building (Lovely room). The distance from the very limited parking to the room was laughable, as in excessive and it was not of any help at all which left me angry and wondering why i asked in the first place.
Parking is also a major problem. There were many cars and a person was lucky to secure a spot.
Lucky H Buffet breakfast is not worth the $. Will probably skip that next time.

The breakfast was so good! Prompt and so delicious. Hot! We li e to order room service for breakfast!
We would rather have the TV in front of the bed.

L’établissement est magnifique, classe. Nous avons été surclassés dans une grande chambre magnifique. Belle piscine en terrasse.
J’ai tout aimé !

The tower rooms are beautiful, the staff is incredible and the service is impeccable! Would absolutely stay here again.

They charge $18 for parking per night. With the overpriced room, you would expect parking to be at least included.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The door on the tub/shower combo didn't close properly and there was water all over the floor after bathing.
4.2
Check in was super easy, the pool was nice
The beds were not very comfy and the A/C in our room did not work very well!
4.2
Never even got the room. It didn't exist we just walked through constuction.
The staff kept telling us to go to another desk. We go to the other desk and they keep drawing maps for a room that doesn't exist. The manager said we were refunded but the company keeps calling and emailing us all day. Didn't get a call back just nothing but wasted time.
4.2
Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Walking distance to all downtown establishments.

The structure and the services are great, and the staff was super nice! I enjoyed reading in front of the fireplace in the hall and swimming in the outside pool!
The TRAX line is pretty close, so you can start exploring the city pretty easily from here.
I chose this place because of its vicinity to the bus/train station, but being myself more of an hostel type of person I found it a little bit too much expensive. With that said, the services and the place itself still rocks - so the prize is definitely understendable!
4.2
Lack of spacious parking and lot was congested.
4.2
location, convenience of lounge, restaurants, shops, clean rooms
when requesting maid service our sheets were not changed as requested. there was not a freezer section of the small fridge that we needed for our stay
4.2
The staff was great. The rooms were clean and comfy.
It was $15.00 a night power vehicle to park. There was very limited parking. We were forced to park a long ways away from our room because of it.

the bed and pillows were not very comfortable.

The property was wonderful. I spent one day snowed in and thoroughly enjoyed lounging in my room and ordering room service.
The amenities.

it’s old property, the ceiling fan in the bathroom wasn’t working! also the drain in the bathtub is loose and clogged, otherwise it’s clean and nice to spent one night over there… they charge me for parking spot and services fees and they didn’t mention that when I used booking.com app.
it’s not bad but I don’t like what happen when they charge me $30 over the price in booking.com app

the desk staff was really friendly & helpful. The location is great. Plenty of parking. the rooms have a cool vintage vibe.
they gave us a dirty room with a broken heater. the desk staff was immediately helpful and cool with getting us resituated. they gave us a new room but then keys did not work…neither did the tv but whatever, we were trying to get some sleep anyways. the valet and floor staff were a mixed bag. multiple employees were kind and helpful. one dude was weirdly super aggressive towards us for no apparent reason. we were just traveling for the holidays and trying to get on the road but the keys for the room wouldn’t work despite multiple replacements. instead of fixing the key it felt like they just sent this dude over to be aggressive at us. message received, we won’t be staying here again.
