It was ok

We didn't have breakfast as we got there at 9:30am and it closed at 9am, we were very sad and were not offered anything like a bag or fruit or muffin.

Our room air conditioner unit was so loud it was difficult to sleep.

it was kind of hidden away and not right on that main road so it was quieter than a lot of hotels. It was comfortable and clean.

Disappointing

The facility being close to my medical appointment.

The room was on the bottom floor as I had requested, but, sadly Rm 111 was located in a very noisy area. People were very loud in the hallway late at night and during the day there workers talking out loud while repairing the wall paper nearby. We found the breakfast not up to the usual standards. The eggs, sausage were barely warm and we were there early when items would normally be adequate to eat. The coffee at the station near front desk was lukewarm at best.

Great staff but please update your heating and cooling units they are very loud.

The staff was phenomenal and the room was very spacious I was able to be checked into my room very quickly. The location was great and the building looked very clean.

The only thing I couldn't get over was the loud heating and cooling unit in that room. I barely got any sleep I would have asked to change rooms but she already had sold out of the room I originally wanted.

we've stayed there a lot over the last 3 or 4 years. more than likely won't be going back.

the second room was ok

the host was very short, and rude. breakfast was gone and it was taking for ever to get more. the juice machine was out of order. and we don't drink coffee. had to change rooms. air didn't work in the first one.

Great location, fair price, terrible service

The location is excellent, since it’s on Charleston Southern University‘s campus it is near grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, and essentially everything a family would need during a vacation.

our stay at the hotel was four days and three nights. Our hotel room was not clean once even after we had requested twice to management. Each time we asked, they claim that we had display the do not disturb sign which was not true. The management did ask us to empty our own trash cans by bringing them down from our hotel room to the front desk and they would give us new trash bags as well as clean towels.

Nice relaxing hotel away from downtown but close enough to be there in minutes.

This hotel was nice and ease of access to the highway was great. your literally right around the corner from the on ramps. You are also only a couple minutes away from a large shopping area and plenty of restaurants.

There was nothing about the facility that I did not like. only downside is that it is a little ways from downtown Charleston but other than that no complaints at all.

Excellent getaway, enjoyed our stay, and will be staying again!!

This is my second or third stay and every time has been different. This stay the pool was open and so was the hot tub. The staff front desk and housekeeping was excellent. They were all friendly and considerate of or needs. The rooms were also very comfortable and safe feeling. Even though it was off of the interstate it was very quiet.

Pool and jacuzzi were not cleaned on the next day of our visit, so we were unable to enjoy them on the second day.

I must say the King size bed was very comfortable and pillows were very good.

Convenience as close to the medical facility where had an appointment. Checkin was easy and Nicki was very helpful in changing my room from the 3 rd floor to the bottom level due to swelling in my lower limbs after my 12 hr ride.

Unfortunately wasn’t to the fault of the facility. It was the constant slamming of the door by other hotel guests near our room late at night. I always realize much has changed due to COVID, but, the once great tasting breakfast we experience two years prior, was just terrible.

Perfect all the way around!

Very Clean and Spacious Room, Excellent location...Very Quiet and Peaceful surroundings...Perfect for what I was looking for! Very good hot breakfast...Staff were all great!! Part of the hotel was being utilized for the next-door University's Dorm "overflow", but that was not an issue or concern at all...Only the second floor was off-limits to males due to this.

A bit too expensive for what we experienced.

The lobby is very beautiful and they have coffee waiting for you, which was nice. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The room was nice and I appreciated having coffee and tea in the room as well as a microwave. We also liked that we could eat outside on a nice patio for breakfast.

We were given a wheel-chair accessible room which I didn't realize right away. I thought some things were strange such as the coat hanger being half way to the floor! We had handicapped bars in the bathroom and no side table on one side of the bed, which we think was for a wheel-chair. The microwave and fridge were down on the floor. I just didn't like the "feel" of being in that kind of room and had I known it was a room for wheel-chairs, I would not have taken the room. Another thing we did not like was the light cover on the bed. It felt like just a sheet. There was no place to hang towels, except for a hook on the back of the door. The breakfast food was so-so, although we did enjoy the waffles that we could make hot. The Jacuzzi heater was broken and we were very disappointed that we weren't able to enjoy the Jacuzzi.
