The shuttle service was great and our driver very helpful with advice and assistance. Breakfast was ideal, not over the top and more than enough. The property is in a good location and a short walk to the city. Very please with the value, the service and location For an older property they do it very well.

Staff on reception was OK.
I don't understand how this Inn can have such a high ratings. It more looks like a shelter for homeless than as a place where tourists would want to stay. Area where this Inn is not inviting at all. The room was stinky and dirty. The carpet was very dirty, burnt. Curtains were dirty and with a lot of holes that looked like a cigarette made them. Stains and hair on bad sheets. Washroom dirty, rusty and there was a huge hole on a washroom door. Isolation between rooms and outside was also very bad. This is for sure the worst accommedation that we ever had and we are not fancy or picky.. I wish I took more photos. We booked 2 nights there, but we canceled 2nd night, and we got our money back, which is great. The only thing that was kinda OK, was the staff on reception... Although they did not ask why are we checking out earlier and what's there something wrong.

Convenient to Merrill Field and good pricing. Room was as expected
Communication about the shuttle wasn't great. When we asked about taking it to the airfield the next morning, we were told it was no problem, but not told that we needed to sign up for a time. The driver wasn't available when we checked out the next morning, so we ubered.

The location is pretty convenient if you travel by car (close to the highway/airport). But the surroundings are horrible.
The parking is free and right in front of the hotel.
It's pet friendly with a pet fee 25/pet/night.
The room was spacey enough. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee machine available.
The staff was average. In the morning there was a nice man at the reception but in the evening a very rude one who made inappropriate remarks and kinda "jokes". Not funny.
The room itself is very dated, the carpet & bed are not very clean (with stains), and the room smelled funny.
There was an average breakfast and no place to sit to actually have it. So we just grabbed a muffin & coffee to go.
It's a bit overpriced but still the cheapest option nearby. So the phrase "you get what you paid for" is a bit bittersweet. Because for sure you didn't get what you paid for. :-D

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There was nothing to like about it.
Dirty. Poor neighborhood. No maintenance In room. Fire alarm hanging from wall by wires. Broken lampshades that didn't work. Towels didn't feel clean. Stairwell was filthy. Outside window was a rotting caravan. Overpriced.
