Disappointed.

The location was fine.

Our room was stinky, even though we reserved non smoking room and unfortunately some big roaches scared us. One on the wall walking and other one in the bath tub. Also, they offer Free breakfast and have the effrontery to have a sign in the entrance saying “free breakfast” and they only had coffee and toast, old bad looking toast and butter to spread. We we’re so disappointed

Thievery

Website error double charged me for a room. When I called the front office, Alma assured me that I would be refunded and I was safe to book another room. After booking, I showed up at the hotel to be greeted by her relief: an extremely rude man who told me Alma didn’t know what she was talking about. I am now forced to dispute the charge with my financial institution after being assured I would be refunded.

The manager and staff.

The facility is extremely run down. Breakfast was juice and pastry or toast.

convince to get around town

this place has cock roaches. the tub leaks, people coming and going at all hours of the night. I’ve stayed twice here two different times within a month. the first time it was fine but we couldn’t use the pool the second time she said the pool was open but the lock was on it so couldn’t use it either way then a bunch of guys drinking beer 20 plus guys standing around the parking lot on the way to the pool very uncomfortable for a mom and her son. it says breakfast included in the price but there is only pre packaged danish. not worth the money plenty of better hotels same price further down the road

ok for the price .

breakfast was included and room had enough amenities for the price .

we were given a room adjacent to the hote checkin office which was fine. the area of the room near the bathroom and wash basin was badly infested with roaches. it’s bad and some sections smell bad. we were too tired after a day trip of Visalia so didn’t pay much attention and checked out the next day but for staying there for more than a night could be awful.
