We should have researched another location in a different city as we were not pleased at all.

The hot tub wasn’t working. The security was not present to let us in and out of the property.

Overall the stay was good and we would stay again

The valet did a good job when we were ready to check out there were no carts available but the young man came up to assist us as my fiancé is on a walker

Frais de stationnement pas clairs Demande d'un montant de sureté de 100,00US $ au moment de l'arrivée??? Nous avons été débités deux fois pour le frais de stationnement, et mon ami a passé beaucoup de temps à régler cette affaire.

A comfortable hotel in a good location.

The location was excellent and I enjoyed the breakfasts.

I stayed for 4 nights. My room wasn't cleaned at all during my stay.

The staff was not helpful, the pool was too dirty with people eating all around it and gym was in a bad shape too. Plus there was no complimentary breakfast

The staff was great, but the facilities were not as expected; however, it was a good stay for the value.

The location was convenient and close to the convention center.

The room smelled of old tobacco and the continental breakfast cost $10 per person, even for our child.

I like our front desk concierge was really nice.

the fact we had to buy our own cleaning supplies the room was really filthy. We had to request the room to be cleaned in order to have it while we stayed. The sink in the bathroom drained slow and the water jumps out of the toilet when you flush. The shower need a deep scrub to remove the dirt caking up in it.

Great customer service and the room was comfy and clean

I wasn’t aware of the parking and it’s crazy they don’t do free breakfast with the prices of the rooms being high and the neighborhood is very poor. They also didn’t have any more big towel and the sitting fee is ridiculous. We had to pay 50 dollars for each night we stayed there! With that area things shouldn’t be that high and difficult! With all that being said, I enjoyed my bday weekend 🥰🎉🎂🎁
