Good

The location of the motel was great. We had access to plenty of fast food, gas stations and grocery places. I also enjoyed how quite the facility was.

We checked in a little later than the required check in time. The younger lady that checked us in was rude and it seemed like she just wanted to get us checked in so she could get back to whatever it was she was doing. She also did not tell us what room we would be in or how to get there. I was a manager in customer service for six years and I would not employee someone with that kind of work ethic with the number one source of income to the facility. That would be the only reason we would not stay again.

Overall, my fiancé and I had a lovely stay at the “Comfort Inn Lehi - Thanksgiving Point Area”

The location of the property was very convenient and variety of stores and food options nearby.

Breakfast time and place of seating for breakfast.

The staff were very helpful. Especially Courtney. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and it was close to our family.

They need to secure perimeter doors at night. Too many homeless people coming in for breakfast. Need to be clear that guests need to request to have their rooms cleaned. Kept having to go to front desk to have keys reset.

Night staff was outstanding, not only available for anything asked, but extremely helpful. He was actually the reason I chose the Comfort Inn in Lehi

Spotlessly clean and a great value at the price I paid.

The place looked like it was either brand new, or freshly rehabbed. Everything was in excellent shape and spotlessly clean.

Too expensive for poor quality of the bathroom

Good breakfast very friendly staff

The bathroom installation was horrible. When someone was taking a shower the water spreads all over the bathroom I informed the reception but they gave me towels because there were no more rooms available

Proximity to Thanksgiving Point

I just can’t get over the FILTHY sheets and blanket we had to change OURSELVES upon arrival! Door handles, curtains, wall, floors, carpets all filthy!! Absolutely unacceptable and the front desk attendant did not care about the filth at all… she was used to it she said! Another front desk staff member told me “I don’t know how to do that sh&t” when I asked him to print a email for me!! The entire staff acted like doing their job was a terrible inconvenience for them!! There is no excuse for filth like this!

Comfortable stay, good location for our needs

Liked the pool, friendly staff, comfortable bed

Breakfast at this location was ok. We stayed for 5 days so options got a bit old— would have liked to see link sausage instead of bacon a few times.

I booked for seven nights, but I only stayed one night, about 8pm the next night, I quit the room because the smell of the room made it difficult for me to stay, and what's worse, they charged my money for seven days

Don't stay here

Food was ok. Location was close to family

Hot tub was broken.. desk guy said it would be 4days Desk guy said ice mach was also broken. The worst was you could NOT shut the black out curtains.3foot open... Fixed out couldn't bring to center... Parking lot lights made it like daytime

Reger ro the complaint filed with corporate. Reference my confirmation number.

Turned me away at 1130 pm regardless of booked room and non refundable terms. Told me at check in no rooms avail due to flood. Could have called me hours earlier. The Manager 1) Could have helped book other accommodations elsewhere. Could have arranged a credit or compensation for the huge incontinence. Took two reps and over an hour of phone calls to file complaint AND have compensation awarded next day.
