The pool was nice.
We stayed 1 night, we were traveling with our dog and were charged $310 😳 There wasn’t even a free breakfast included in that price. It would’ve been another $60 on top of the $310 to have their breakfast. The website said it had a hot tub but that wasn’t true. The place was clean enough, it was just disappointing to spend that much money and not have the few extras that would’ve made our stay that much nicer for that high of a price.

It was surprisingly quiet even though we were on the ground level with the window facing the real busy road.
Liked it had a side entrance closer to the room, so didn't need to go thru the lobby.
The room had all the necessities, including a microwave and fridge, so didn't need to have their breakfast.
The room needs updating, the bathroom in particular looked a little "tired". We were expecting better updated finishes associated to Hilton, especially for the hefty price of the room during low season in Rio Rancho, NM.

The manager, Liz, was quite helpful when a question came up about our pet! Thank you for helping us meet our needs on our long journey across the country back home. Very comfortable facilities!
It was much farther off the route of 40 than we were expecting.

The rooms have been upgraded with new fixtures and I will be happy to stay again, it is in an idea location for visiting family. I have stayed here before and honestly, I wasn't looking forward to it, on previous stays I rememberthe rooms were small and dated. However the property upgraded the rooms to be much nicer.
The wifi was slow at times.

location
ran out of hot water, no guide for tv, 14.00 for continental breakfast, broken ice machines on all floors and over priced for a falling apart hotel. customer service could have offered something to makeup for the bad stay. it’s disgusting when a guest pays 250.00 per night and the guest has to do all the work to accommodate themselves. Hilton should be ashamed.

It was quiet but for the noisy heavy equipment storage lot directly behind the hotel toward which my room faced.
Web page for the hotel indicated a "bar and grille" within the hotel. There was none which probably explains why there was no photo of the alleged establishment. The choice of beverages from the substitute "bar and grille" was extremely limited and much of the food on the so-called "menu" was not available.
The occasional dog barking was a bit annoying. I am a dog lover but the inn needs to decide whether or not it is a hotel or a kennel.

ONLY breakfast option was to purchase at the onsite restaurant. Nothing else was available.

The location was good. I did not have breakfast at the hotel.
The pet fee was OUTRAGEOUS!! I've never paid anywhere near as much as $75 to bring my toy dog to a hotel before. The most I've paid is $25. I will look for a hotel with a cheaper pet fee next time.
