Nice comfortable condo for a couple sharing the master bedroom. Good location. Friendly staff.

Lovely condo, nice lanai/balcony (4th floor), beautiful views of the ocean, good location for exploring the area, close to some great affordable restaurants and lovely parks. The master bedroom has large window that could be opened to let in the cool evening breeze. The master bed was very comfortable.

No air-conditioning. The small bedroom window opened up to the outside walkway, so wasn't an option to have open at night. The fan in this room was very loud and it was still very hot, so had to keep door open to the living area where the sliding glass doors to the lanai could be opened. The master shower smelled mildewy but looked clean.

amazing location close to so many activities and staff was friendly!

staff was so friendly and accommodating!!!! beautiful view of the ocean.

a lot of people smoke from their balconies.

Overall it's pretty good location and meet our needs.

The location is convenient. The ocean view is good. There is a swimming pool right outside with spa.

Facility is not perfect. Dishwasher doesn't work properly. No AC. Shower was not working but fixed later.

the beds were very uncomfortable . one bed in the other room was broken and a very bad sleep

No AC and no beach access from the condo. Donna the mgr did arrange for a portable AC in my room.

Great location, great ocean view, very friendly and accommodating staff!

The location was awesome in Lahaina, away from the resorts, very quiet and serene which was great for my travel purposes, I traveled alone so, I had way more than enough space and comforts for one person, great ocean view!

Pleasant

The location was wonderful and the management was more than wonderful. We left chocolate candy in the frig and Loni called to tell us and is sending it to us.

The only thing we were VERY unhappy with is, no place in Booking.com or your Website does it state that there is NO AIR CONDITIONING in the units. It was so hot and humid we couldn't sleep. I'm so happy we were only there for two nights.

Our room had a beautiful view. The room was also spacious and modern

The rooms can get a little warm and the hot water in the shower only lasts a minute,but we stayed in August so the room temp water felt good.

The location is perfect. To be able to see the ocean every morning was the best part. Property came with a full kitchen which was convenient for a group or family. We slept with our doers open to feel the nice breeze. Staff was very welcoming and always available if needed.

The rooms were too hot. Our condo had little view because of the trees in front. The office was closed so there was no one to talk to in person.

Everything was great if you do not need hot showers

The location was beautiful. Pool was great; overlooking the ocean.

Hot water went out each day after 5 minutes. It also got really hot when the doors were closed despite ceiling fans.

Great place

Everything was very nice and unit was well equipped with even a small washer and dryer. Full furnished kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, cups etc.

It didn’t have air conditioning so we had to create a draft with the door open. I do wish they were more upfront about the fact that there was no ac. It wasn’t that bad though since temps were in the 70’s. The only way I could tell from the booking is that it doesn’t say air conditioning in amenities. I did not catch that when I booked it. Could be a big problem if temps get up above 90 degrees or so.

Maui vacay

Property had good parking, not overcrowded, well lit at night, trash bin in a convenient location. Lots of towels, full size kitchen appliances, lots of seating, nice pool area, located close to restaurants, grocery stores, convenient stores.

The most annoying was the loud humming refrigerator, constant humming was really bad. Interfered with the beautiful ambiance-while trying to enjoy the quiet morning cup of coffee, late nightcaps, enjoying the cool night breezes on the lanai..

Falling asleep to the ocean waves

Location, location, location! Ocean view from every balcony. Very clean bbq outside for grilling next to pool area- perfect for family picnic! Saw a sea turtle right there in the ocean from the shore. Pool/jacuzzi open until 10pm! No frills condo, basic but very roomy and comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen. Enjoyed our stay.

Elevator being repaired, so glad we were only on second floor. A little noisy with neighbors and pool right there and windows open for the breeze. Quite a drive to other parts of island.
