Front desk man knocked on our door at 1am to bring us a new microwave….

Good for the value but felt gross.

Hardwood floors was a good idea. TV system was great. A/C system worked very well.

Bathroom stained, broken towel bar, towels disgusting and decaying when used. Floors also dirty. Remote power button did not work. Other buttons worked.

At 4 am the room flooded from water pouring out of the bathroom light fixture had to move rooms just to have the water flood the floor in the room I was moved to…so needless to say I got no sleep and was not compensated for any of the inconvenience

Awful experience wouldn’t recommend

Nothing it was dirty, tv didn’t work the whole time, wouldn’t change our room, pool wasn’t being used, no breakfast served, staff unfriendly

the shower I had to have someone come to turn shower on and then turn it off and no one came in to change wash cloths and towels or clean room the second day. the paint in bathroom was bubbling up not good won’t stay there again

I stayed in a disabled room. There was mold/rust in the bathroom shower. No in room coffee makers as web site suggested..no room service and nothing telling us otherwise that I saw.

I had roaches in my room and I had to shake out all my stuff. The cleaning staff didn’t clean my room during my stay and didn’t restock the towels and washcloths. When I complained to the staff and asked for the manager to contact me the manager still has yet to call me.

The hotel is a budget hotel with a great location, however, it was filthy. I guess you get what you pay for.

The location and coffee were great. the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.

We couldn’t believe how dirty the room was. The bathroom walls had bits and pieces of paper like material everywhere. There was a hole behind the toilet and looked like something might be living in it. The bottom of our feet were black from walking on the floors. Got some water on the floor and the towel was black when I cleaned it up.

Would not stay here again. Probably fine for college students going to games.

The staff were fine. The location was good.

There was a smell that was overpowering to me and I find that almost a month later some of my things retain that smell. It was a sickly sweet floral smell. The window didn't open so I couldn't even get some fresh air. As far as safety, the smoke detector battery compartment was open and there was no battery in it. There was also an expired battery sound from a smoke detector coming from another room. There was a stain on the sheets. I was very uncomfortable in this room and almost left. There were also no tissues. I couldn't wait to leave. I also didn't appreciate having to give a deposit with no paperwork given to me. Fortunately, the deposit was refunded.

Never AGAIN!!

Location

Dirty, bedding was not clean, towels were old, dirty and smelled. Pillows were old, flat and stained. Floors and walls were dingy. No shampoo, we had an old used bar of soap in our shower. Added fee of $50 per room that was NOT disclosed at booking!
