Breakfast was fine. The location was good, not too far off the highway.

It was very depressing to find that the pool/hot tub, had not been working for some time. I traveled 375 miles with my Wife on the Motorcycle and am always looking forward to sitting in the pool and hot tub on every trip we take. If the listing was up to date, I would have stayed somewhere else, instead of writing this negative review. In the future, I may choose Booking.com, but would have to check with each reservation that I make, or too save time, just choose another discount Chain

I've had issues with stays in the past, and think that there would be some sort of comp offered.

The Breakfast was good.

If you look at my previous revue, you will find that the pool and hot tub were not working again. The note on the pool door said that they were closed for a city violation and were getting a part that was need for the ???? and would be getting it on Thursday the 22nd. Again, I was expecting the pool and hot tub would be working when we arrived on Sunday 23rd.... again it was not. My wife checked us in and asked for some kind of discount for being without what we paid for in good faith. The hotel clerk said we had "already received a discount for what we paid for thru Bookin.com", and wouldn't entertain any further discount. She also added that it would up and running sometime next week. You may want to check on that so that future travelers are not disappointed like we were

TV was out for the entire city. Hotel gave me a 20 dollar credit on my bill for the inconvenience. Well done!

Very good for a motel breakfast.

Only one chair in the room. Not a real problem, but older people don't always like to sit on the bed. We didn't realize until our phone wasn't charged that there's a switch that turns on the outlets.

Would definitely stay again but thought it a bit too pricey

Nice rooms and the bed was comfortable. Kids loved the pool.

Pool was crowded and therefore not enough tables and chairs for all families.

Very good

Staff was very helpful. Having the pool was great with the grandkids. Breakfast was fantastic. There were lots of choices for everyone, and the worker was very friendly.

The bathroom, while clean, the caulking job around the tub was in need of repair. What was done was sloppy. It just gave us a bit of a feeling of what other short cuts were taken.

Superb

The breakfast was pretty good. It was fun watching the pancake maker make the cute little pancakes in a matter of minutes. The pool and the hot tub were very good also.

convenient, decent breakfast, staff, room darkening shades

our room had 2 of the 5 bathroom lights out and the light on the desk didn’t even have a lightbulb in it. we had 3 people in our room (double queen) and it had only 1 bath towel. when we went to ask for more they said they were out and would get us some when they could. it was after 10:00pm when we got them. the beds were comfortable but sounded like metal when we moved on them.

Very clean and welcoming.

The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of choices. I was happy to see eggs and sausage! The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. We had never stopped over in Kearney and the weather allowed us to go for a walk and stretch our legs after an 8 hour drive.

I recommend this hotel as a safe, clean, affordable hotel to stay in while visiting Kearney.

Great location. Good breakfast. I like that coffee is always available. Clean rooms. Safe place to stay.

Toilet issues. It seemed there wasn't enough water pressure. We even asked for a plunger and it didn't help. I personally think the bathrooms should have a plunger in them.

Cost too much and below expectations

Breakfast and separate bedroom was about the "good" parts as compared to the the other disappointing factors. The location was easy on and off highway.

Main desk person was distraught, slow checkin. The room was not clean with stain, sticky material on carpet and sofa area and arms was stained.

Hot rub water was kinda icky. Bath and pool towels were very small. Breakfast was limited not the best.
