Nothing. This place was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I felt under valued as a customer, I felt dirty. The room was filthy and there was slimy stuff running down the bathroom counter. Yet, I got charged $70 for a little bit of makeup on the sheets. Disgusting and a rip off, I will tell every single person I know not to stay here. I will review it on every single place I can and say how horrible it was.
I didn’t like anything. I was treated like I was a burden by staff members, the room was absolutely disgusting. I almost didn’t even sleep there except I already had paid for the over priced room. I was itchy laying in bed the bed. The window was broken and the lock did not lock so that made me feel entirely unsafe. This place should get closed down.

The location was easy to find. The room was priced right, and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast is a bonus when staying anywhere, and theirs was 7am -10am. The darkening shade worked well and the air conditioner was quiet.
The place is outdated. Also, maybe this part of town has a busier nightlife than I expected, but there were lots of people with bags from the local liquor store and lots of yelling in the parking lot at night.

What did I like? Literally nothing- it is at best a 1/2 star hotel. I wouldn't even call it a hotel. It definitely deserves the motel name. If not brothel. You know the kind the rent out by the hour? Read below. Pretty much I had nothing good to say about anything in this place. It has a terrible cleaning smell when entering. Probably to cover up the nasty. It was super hot, no AC in the motel. Pool and hot tubs were of course broken, even though I had called the day before. The staff seemed nice, but literally did nothing to help or offer alternatives. When I asked to switch rooms we were told we paid "too much money" to switch to something different. They charged my card $~$780 and then second charge appeared for ~$580. A total of $1400 for 2 nights in one room. They said it's because of the deposit. I checked in on thursday, now it's Tuesday and the charges are still there. So I liked nothing.
What didn't I like? Well, Upon arrival our key didn't work. Room 216. So I tried a different room, 219, thinking that maybe the man might be dyslexic or something. But while I was trying the other room, a man and woman crept out of my "new" room. The lady noticed me and said she was "checking to make sure it was clean". How nice of her. The room smelled like a seafood section that lost it's refrigeration. We switched rooms. Awkward bumping into that same maid exiting the elevator that next morning in her silky, lace-lingerie. I guess she pulled a double shift. But she did try covering up her boobs- when... she saw my kids. It's always a great way to start your morning explaining to your children what hookers are. No wonder where all the giant stains on the not so white comforters came from. We found an rotten apple in the nasty stained couch that was probably literally found on the side of the road. There were giant holes in the walls and doors patched with gum. Bathrooms didn't lock. The beds were held up with 2x4s, crusty throw up stains on the side of the bed, mold in jetted tub and around the air conditioning, oh and the night club beside the hotel that luled my children to sleep at 3am was a nice touch. But the air conditioner did work! Although it had a terrible stench and it liked to squeal everytime it started. The lights flickered on and off constantly. But we were grateful for those flickering bulbs because more than half of the bulbs were burnt out. I Literally paid $580 bucks for two nights, in one room in the ghetto... in a brothel. So... I didn't like any of that. Bookings.com shame on you for posting this as a 3 star.

Pool area had no towels. Hot tub was inoperable. Rooms were sketchy.

The night staff was absolutely wonderful. We got there super late due to a delayed flight. But she made the check in very easy and she was very understanding to our situation
Nothing to dislike, I can see that they were going through some remodeling and repair work but it did not hinder our trip at all.

How clean it was. The hotel was very well kept up and it was very quiet.
The manager charged me $25.00 fee for a stain on the bed. The stain was there before I checked into that room. Very strange. Plus he's wasn't very nice.

The staff was awesome.
The bathroom door doesn't stay open. We had our cat with us and that's usually where her litter box goes. DO NOT like it on the carpet.
