受付の人がとても親切で優しかった。
部屋に水の設置がなく、自販機に買いに行かないといけない。2ドルほどで売ってあった。

food court down the street
way too pricey for super small rooms , no amenities, no privacy. weird smell in hallway

Great location, friendly staff.
Small room, no breakfast. I think is overpriced for what it offers.

There was noise all over the hotel. I couldn't fall asleep till very late. The bed was super uncomfortable . Also, the website mentions parking, but there is none. Only public sketchy parking nearby.

great location, clean hotel
no hot water in shower, room was next to an alley and there were people yelling all night. Alley had lights that shined into my room all night as well. there was no black out curtain and the blinds didn’t block the light.

Room was clean but area was shady and elevator was not working. Staff was very helpful.
3.5
Room was clean and quiet, but location was not good and hard to find parking space unless, hotel required us to pay valet parking of $40.00. Otherwise, we had to park other meter. We paid $20.00 on the corner. However, someone scratched my righthand side backdoor. When I made a reservation online with my phone, there was no mention of $40.00 valet. If I had know this, I would not have checked in. I should definitely be reimbursed for $20.00 which I paid to park.
Again, cost of parking was a big issue and some scratched righthand side of door.

The location was great, across the road from Civic Centre Grand Park Station and up the road from Grand central market
The staff were all nice and security conscious
They called up when my friend arrived a day later to make sure he was in my party
Laundry facilities on site and powder to buy from reception
Good, hot shower
Great heating
USB charging points
Uber eats delivered to the foyer
When I checked out I had toiletries I didn't want to take with me. I asked if there was a shelter nearby to donate them to. They said they would send them to a local church that they support
Booking said two double beds, they were singles. Not a huge deal. They were comfortable
Wood floors rather than carpet felt colder and less cosy
4.0
Wonderful location, privacy, clean and good sheets/towels, comfortable mattress and pillows, AC, toiletries, drying fan, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, micro wave, fridge. Everything matches to description and photos.
There is no safe, AC is very loud. Coffee maker is very miserable. Better than nothing I would say but could be better for same little money. Floor in bathroom has very weird slope. The size of bathroom itself is pretty large, why all water from shower area is flooding to the entrance door? After shower you will have puddle at the bathroom door, all floor in the bathroom is wet as well. It is not something significant, definitely I do not reduce my downgrade because of it.

1.0
Location was good. That was all.
The photos advertising the hotel are not true or that may be the most expensive unit they have. the room they gave me was super small, bed was not queen, and the whole floor smelled!!! 200 dollars per night for a horrible experience. that is crossed out from my future itineraries.
