The Staff was very friendly and the place was clean.

They put me in a room next to the elevator that was horrible. Very uncomfortable loud noise from that elevator all hours of the night I’m not sure I got the worst room because I booked thru a 3rd party but that was horrible. I should’ve only been charged $200. For that room

It was ok, not sure if I will rebook here though due to the pool.

Nice when you walk in, friendly staff.

Pool was not very clean at all, dirt and hair chunks in it. Algae all over the tiles in the pool. Went in once and didn’t go again for the entire weekend. Stain on one of the bed sheets. I felt we paid too much for not wanting to access the pool because it was gross. We booked here for the pool and we’re very disappointed in it.

Frustrating at times but other times enjoyable

Location was good, the room was comfortable

I didn't like the fact that they took money from me that they were not supposed to. The person checking us in was new and didn't want any help from her trainer and he allowed that. She messed up everything. I had charges on my account every day we were there and that took the money we had for the weekend. I discussed the situation with the operation manager and she was supposed to get back to me and never did. Told the GM about it and it took all weekend to get it straighten out. I should not have to go thru that just to stay at a hotel.

The location of this property is absolutely phenomenal. Everything you need is in walking distance or a 10 minute drive.

The cleanliness. I had a down blanket that was absolutely filthy. Will attach a photo. The pool is was disgusting. There was a tree branch scraping my window every night due to it raining. One of the staff members was extremely rude, Cary.

Not a good experience at all would never go back

The property has a nice restaurant, when it’s open, the bartenders and staff were very friendly

They blame everything on Covid. Let’s get over it people. The restaurant wasn’t open, they stop serving breakfast in the morning. The bartender was only there for four hours, the pool was closed, the waterslide was closed, the Jacuzzi was closed, there was mold in our room, not as advertised, felt like I was misled really wish they would’ve just refunded my money on day one and I could’ve went to a nicer hotel I stayed at the one in Kalamazoo and it’s 100% opposite of this one

The room was perfect, great staff and tremendous pool area.

No morning breakfast provided. They do have a Starbucks, but I am not a fan of their coffee, and the blueberry muffins in the display case were nothing like the two mini muffins I received.

The hot tub was closed. the pool had scum on the sides and a lot of debris at the bottom. The room was not very clean, there were hair clumps on the bathroom floor, the back of the bathroom door had black smudges from dirty hands, and there was a used bar of soap left in the shower.

The hot tub and water slide were down, which is the main reason we booked this hotel. Then on our second night there was a shooting just over from my room!
