All and all it was a nice hotel.

Very clean, friendly staff and great breakfast

It was very clean. Had Several entrances which made it convenient as we had our dog with us. When in our room it was quiet. Great Continental breakfast!!!

It is a good value and the room was clean and nice and open design.

The breakfast and the room especially the bathroom

The layout of the hotel which some floors has no elevator. It made it hard to get together with others staying at the hotel.

perfect fancy Vermont stay!

easy to get to. clean. big. lots of space. a fridge. a microwave. free hot n cold breakfast. nice bed. free water at the desk upon checkin. easy check in. very nice manager’s. a pool and gym open til a lil after 10. had a couch In the room as well!

just the pillows! bring your own pillow if you need it. this was a little flat.

nice hotel, staff seems to lack communication; room wasn't cleaned before check in

the hotel property overall was nice, the free breakfast was AWESOME. girl who was staffing the front desk late night sunday was super nice and helpful. good sized room

checked us into a dirty room then we had to wait for it to be cleaned because they didn't have another one... barely any towels and no sheets for the couch bed. we had to ask for these THREE separate times before they were supplied. just a lot of little annoyances

Pay attention to cleaning! Especially a king suite

The property was big and easy to find

The room wasn’t clean, toothpaste was dripping down the bathroom sink. Someone left salt and napkins in the cupboard…the mirrors were smudged

Felt like we should have been comped for one night!😞

Very disappointed to come back on Saturday to our keys not working all of our belongings in the room for the front desk to say we can’t find that you were even checked in. so had to go through management and then my card got locked from my bank from multiple charges. so then had to deal with that.

Great value, super comfortable, and clean. We had the perfect ski trip.

We got a king suite, and the room was super spacious and comfortable. We liked having a little kitchen and actually cooked dinner two of the nights. The free breakfast was definitely a plus.

Wish it was closer to the mountain, but there's nothing they coulda done about that...

Friendly staff, decent location. Somewhat rundown facility and most importantly, the worst water pressure I’ve ever seen

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very poor water pressure. The water came out of the sink in a dribble. Almost impossible to use. It was that way in our sink and the public restroom sink off the main area. We did call and somebody came to look at it but it was never fixed.

Loved the staff but not worth the money for a not so good nights sleep or relaxing shower unfortunate greatly located

Location was easy to locate, rooms clean, staff friendly & welcoming, nice products in room bathroom for use

Bed not comfortable, shower/water pressure not the best, The hallway smelled not wonderful breakfast was free but…. Not the best other then waffle bar but to packed to even use it

Wonderful staff, rooms need work.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and willing to assist with our issues. The front desk was aware of the wifi issues, and took the time to show our teens a "workaround" to get their devices online.

Our room was very dated; stains on furniture, one bed missing bed linens, ripped draperies. The mattress on the pullout couch was unusable, so I ended up sleeping on cushions on the floor. No extra linens were provided. Some of the breakfast appliances were broken. Wifi was having serious difficulties.

We signed up thet we have 3 kids with us,and still got a room with 2 beds. 2 children slept on one bed and me and my husband tried to sleep with another kid on the other bed.We didn't sleep almost the entire night.

We paid a not cheap price and did not get full value for the price
