Nice clean condo in a great location in park city. Went for Sundance. Walked to town lift for skiing and in the heart of the shops and restaurants. Convenient parking. Great trip!!
Only improvement would be better coffee maker in room. Old Mr coffee made horrible coffee. Maybe upgrade to keurig? Prices seemed more expensive than their usual ratesfor Sundance week but we expected that.

The location was excellent for being able to get to bars, dinning and shops. It was out of season so probably a lot easier to get around. The room was well fitted out the bed was big and comfortable, good kitchen facilities, although the fridge was the only part we used. The shower was good if not the cleanest we've been in.
Hairs left in the bathroom from previous stay although the rest of the unit was clean. A couple of flights of stairs to get luggage up and down might be hard work for some. Not much in the way of storage for clothing, there was a open rack to hang clothes on but that was in the bathroom. The safe didn't work on arrival but maintenance were quick to replace that.

There was no breakfast, was there supposed to be Breakfast? no one said anything. Love the location of the hotel.
When we booked, they could have told us the street was going to be closed, and parking garage was closed. That made parking and access a nightmare. In my single room, the shower was "make-shift", in that the drain for the water was at the top end of the floor versus lower where the water could drain out. I had to stand in a puddle taking a shower. I can't imagine how cold this would be in the wintertime, could even be ice building up on the floor. This needs to be fixed.

Wonderful location, great room - remodeled, full kitchen, large, quiet, very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again.
I wouldn’t change a thing.

Didn't have breakfast .
Didn't like having to pay extra to park the car. Other hotels we have stayed at - parking was a part of the original cost. Not added on :(

Our room was very clean and comfortable. It appeared like our room had recently been remodeled and was decorated very nicely. It had a full kitchen and a cute little fridge. Very quit location and centrally located for walking on Main Street.

Location is by far the biggest plus.
The inn smells quite a lot. The room I had looked like maybe they updated a portion of it, but huge filthy stains all over the carpet. The tiles were broken/cracked and furniture was not kept up well.

Location is fantastic and we had a room on Main Street. At first was worried about noise at night but it wasn't a problem. The balcony overlooking Main is great. We stayed in a one bedroom and the configuration worked great. We hosted people for a wedding party and it worked well.
The restaurant was ok and the service could have been a bit more attentive.

Room was spotless and very comfortable. The person at the front desk was awesome. Location was perfect.
The building needs some updating but it's an old building like most of them in this area.

Fantastic location in Park City. these are apartments of varying sizes with Kitchenettes etc. Building and communal areas are a little rough at the edges now and need some LTC but location and other amenities are great. Important to mention that daily room cleaning costs extra.

Price. Spaciousness. TV/cable options.
Have the spa working and the use hours longer. The sliding door would not lock, so security was a concern (they did have a rod to put in the track). WIFI was not strong.

Spacious two bedroom apt. with 2 bathrooms. Everything you need is there. Right on main street at the top so close to everything. Loved it.
I liked everything.

Location was perfect. the hotel situated at the top of town, and handy to the lift, shops restaurants etc. The room exceeded expectations, with a full kitchenette. The room also had a nice view up the slopes to the east.
It was a bit of a walk from reception to the rooms at the back. There was no lift option, so I had to drag my suitcases up a number of flights of stairs.
6.0
The hot tub, the little coffee shop and the Mexican restaurant. Powerful heating (fast and efficient). Huge shower!!! Walking distance to the shops and restaurants.
Old and noisy. We felt like we traveled back in time to 1884! Dirty carpeting, toilet was struggling to flush, itchy sheets. Be aware that there’s no elevator in building 2. Electrical outlets are in the kitchen (not by the bed or night stand). Pricey for what you get.

Great location, easy to walk to main station, good facilities
The original room we were provided was not cleaned properly, had a bad odor. We spoke to reception who told us there was nothing they could do for 24 hours. After the lack of help at reception I contacted booking.com directly as which point we were told there was an alternative room we could move to which was in a much better condition. Its unfortunate that we didn't receive the help after our initial enquiry, but had to complain to booking.com to see any action.

The room was a good size with very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom with spacious shower and mini kitchen. The view was limited to the courtyard but nice to sit inside and watch the snow falling through the sliding door windows! Loved being right on main street convenient to restaurants and shops.
They did not offer any type of shuttle service except for one time in the morning to a ski resort only. A trolley service with limited route but only available Wednesday-Sunday. Bus service also available but you had to walk a bit and then routes were confusing and no one to assist. Only food shopping available within walking distance was 7-11 convenience store. My biggest complaint is the people above us. They were so noisy at all hours, day and night, dropping things on the floor moving chairs/furniture, etc. I understand the resort cannot control this, but people need to take this into consideration when booking on the first level.

location
Amenity of having a hot tub was a MAJOR reason in booking this hotel. We called a week before our arrival to ask specifically if the hot tub was working to find out it was broken. The front desk contact felt confident it would be working upon our arrival. It was not. We were there for 4 days and no hot tub. We feel we should have received a discount but did not.
Bed was not a king.
Undercounter refrigerator froze everything no matter what setting it was put on.
Hot water heater ran out of hot water every day.
Phone didn't work to call staff.
We had 4 rooms booked and 2 had issues.
The 2nd room, TV didn't work, ran out of hot water, sofa was ripped.

Java Cow has awesome breakfast burritos! Lots of conveniences and handmade hot food and plenty of breakfast beverages available. Staff was nice and very helpful.
It is a long UPHILL hike from town lift to Treasure Mountain Inn. I've got decent cardio so I would be happy to stay there again. We were in a two bedroom suite, plenty of room, great full kitchen, beautiful views from balcony, nice bathrooms. CLEAN, GREAT SUPPORT STAFF!
