Staff great hotel is not clean in my opinion.

The staff Charisma was amazing. She was very informative. She made us feel home. I honestly loved my experience when I was checking in with her. She honestly made the visit better. I also loved the area the hotel was in. It was very close to everything.

I didn’t like how the uncleanliness . The hotel rug was dirty or stained. It could need a deep cleaning. The hotel itself is just ok but could be cleaner. The covers were stained. The shower head was broke! The tub was scratched and stained. The lamp was broke. It didn’t feel clean so I wouldn’t stay there again. Unfortunately !

Simply unloved...

staff was pretty good. some nicer than others others. breakfast was ok. great fruit and a hot meal albeit simple. the lobby was pretty as well.

rooms were simply unloved...ripped carpets, grungy furniture and bathtub, vents smelled of smoke when you turned on the heater, stains and holes everywhere (carpet, sofa, walls etc). It was almost as if someone in leadership said "meh...good enough" for everything...not unlivable but also not clean and cozy. It was the first time ever, I thought carefully about being barefoot in a hotel tub or walking on the carpet...also self-parking in the garage was $29/ day. I've paid less for daily valet services at nicer properties...won't be back...

I love springhill suites, great location but prefer more updated property

The staff was accommodating and location was wonderful

The sofa bed mattress was dirty. The sofa needs cleaning. The bed rail covers were very dirty. The hotel needs an upgrade

Great stay!

Great stay - loved Bill at check in! Helpful and made us laugh. Started stay off on the right foot. Loved the location, safe and has shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfy! I enjoyed the breakfast and secure parking.

Service - location - clean

Make a good first impression: Greet guests with a smile and offer to help. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful

Not the best 1st impression of SHS

We chose location specifically for the pool. We even confirmed it was open at check in. After going up to the room to change, we saw not on pool door that it was closed. One of 2 ice machines was broken. Hair in the tub. Even though it had not expired, the chocolate milk at breakfast was spoiled. My grandson had already drank some of it!

I wouldn't stay there again, nor recommend it. It's old and needs room updates.

The people at the desk and housekeeping staff were pleasant. Charisma was very helpful.

There was no charging ports for electronics in the rooms. The free breakfast was terrible. You don't clean daily. Bathrooms didn't have cups for mouthwash. Kitchenette sink, but no complimentary dish liquid or towel.

It was wonderful and we would stay again!

The sweet man, Mr. Bill, at the front desk ensured we had a wonderful view from our room! It was beautiful and was very relaxing to just lay in the comfortable king bed and look out into the city! The whole hotel also smelled amazing, I wish I could've bottled it up and made a candle out of the scent.

Awesome stay!

The location was great. I was able to walk across the street to shop. Restaurants were within walking distance and the staff are great!

Less than Ideal

Convienent and safe location to Marta.

The pull out sofa mattress was falling apart and no linens and bedding were provided and we had to wait a while for them to be brought when we were tired from a long day.

Excellent value!

Room spacious and very clean. Staff is friendly. Great Buckhead location that is close to the action but quiet. Great breakfast. Good value for the area.

The bed was a little firm. The sofa bed didn’t come with sheets or a pillow in the room, so had to ask for that. We were given sheets and a blanket but told they were out of pillows.

Pleasant but not a true suite

Plenty to see and do in Buckhead, and an awesome staff — our family loved the accommodations!

Great location: plenty to do in vicinity Friendly staff: everyone we interacted with was A+

No complaints about the property itself, but we had loud neighbors that woke us a few times with their overnight conversations — but hey, that’s part of visiting a big(ger) city and staying at a hotel, versus staying using, say, AirBnB. All good!

Definitely would book here again!

The property is very clean and up to date. It is quiet and everything was in working order. Also, the location is wonderful! Close to everything!

The mattresses are thin. Not nearly as comfortable as I was expecting.

Great for ur money

Why is parking 29.00. Yes I was informed of it prior to booking so it’s not a surprise… but still why on earth do you charge people $29.00 to park , and they paid to stay at the hotel… not to mention the parking lot is shady, it claims to be key card accessible only but it’s not so walking thru it with kids at night can be scary cause anyone can get in… I would recommend more lighting as well as maybe a armed guard on duty. I meant with the 29.00 per day rate u can afford to hire someone

Overall it was good, parking was an issues Especially since I was paying per day for a space.

The property stayed clean, looked like the picture. The property was in a good location, restaurants and stores near by. Also the building see secure, you have to swipe to get in after a certain time.

Parking was expensive and if you come back late the lot is full. It should be parking no matter the time when your paying for a “parking pass”. Also I asked for extra towels ( they were provided) and they were stained and the stains didn’t look old. It was concerning and unsanitary linens should be checked before.
