Hotel was clean and comfortable but make sure to check off how many free breakfasts you need.

Food/bar area was in the lobby. One or 2 people to do everything. Food for dinner was ok; took back to room. Room was clean and comfortable. Price was reasonable plus the shuttle from the airport was good.

The line to check in was long and took a very long time to be attended to. After flying and traveling all day, was annoying. The one thing that was shocking was that we were supposed to get free breakfast and when we attempted to get it in the morning we were told that only one person will get it!!! Apparently there is some spot on the reservation on line that needs to be checked off for 2 people. How stupid! If 2 persons are reserving the room, why would only one person eat breakfast? I have traveled to many hotels around the world and have never seen this! They did give my husband a free coffee and we shared the breakfast.

Would stay again.

Airport shuttle was great. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, but expected a different setup, not ordering items individually at the bar. Room was comfortable. Location a little hard to find when driving in from airport. Sign was too small! Haha. Just a one night quick stay when flying in and out of Miami on our way to Puerto Rico. Would stay here again.

Abbiamo richiesta via mail la navetta aeroportuale per il nostro arrivo, ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta. Tuttavia ci è stato rimborsato il costo del taxi impiegato per arrivate alla struttura.

A decent place to stay but there are other better choices.

Close to the airport and that’s it.

Noise (planes arriving, hotel is on the flight path and road noise - close to a major highway) and not so walker-friendly to go to nearby stores (very limited). For the steep price for a one-night stay, there is no free breakfast. Hotel shows signs of aging.

Not worth the money, outdated and not very clean

Vicinity to the airport. Elisabeth at the front desk was very helpful and kind, and even made breakfast for us after the checkin staff the evening before had forgotten to arrange it as promised.

Weren’t able to reach the front desk by phone. They picked up but put us on hold and never got back to us - as a result we weren’t able to order the free shuttle from the airport and ended up having to take an Uber. Going back to the airport the shuttle would only run once per hour - not billable on demand as stated on the website. We were promised to get an early-bird breakfast bag in the morning for our early check out, which was unfortunately ‘forgotten’.

There was a parking charge for the vehicles and the selection of breakfast items wasn’t very appetizing not what one is accustomed to see in other National chains very surprised for being a Marriott

It was a nice stay.

Good and delicious. I really love the french toast and the sandwich.

Prepare the room when ariving. Turn on the AC. Maybe a small toothpaste for use at the day of ariving.

Breakfast not that good coffee say is Starbucks is not and charge me for parking when tha say us free and more char me for breakfast when the say I have 2 free is not good

The lobby was a nice site and the outside as well.

The room we stayed in was not very clean. The best sheets had yellow stains; The sofa bed had a mattress that was horrible to sleep in, and underneath the mattress was very very dirty!

The bathroom needed cleaning. The room was moldy. There was no microwave in the room despite it being shown on the page while booking - this was a deal breaker for me.

Nice for business and if traveling alone

I like the pool and outdoor atmosphere, The food was good. Housekeeping was nice. The shuttle service was good. The lobby staff was nice

I did like the fact that I booked for 5 days with breakfast included and it did not include my children's breakfast. The view on the backside is not pleasing. There was a lingering smokers smell when I turned on the air. The bar was not fully stocked and their weren't microwaves in the rooms. The pool closed really early

My stay was great, the staff was very receptive.

it's in a central location to most of the events that I had to attend.

The parking lot at nights. The breakfast a better selection for the all-inclusive. The bathroom the shower curtain.

A pleasant place

The staff was nice and helped with any questions we had. The location is reasonable, although not really close to the activities..need a car.

A bit old hotel but for accommodation only, it was fine.
