The staff were great. They could not do enough for you and made your stay they very best it could be. Will be back for sure! Daniel who managed the pool area was fantastic!
This is a Ritz Carlton and it could do with some updating and make sure the place has the penaz that the brand proposes…

Cleanliness of the property was very good and also the quality of the food was excellent and overall Restaurant service was good.
The overall service by the remainder of the FOH staff was poor - Reception, Concierge, Swimming Pool service all poor - they all sadly showed little interest in helping the customer - a real shame.
We had specifically called and explained it was our daughters 21st & made special Dinner reservation - nothing done
Check-In was a there is your key - no explanation on anything - even had to ask where is the lift! - also still waiting to see if I have been double charged as believe I paid on arrival and then charged on checkout - not 100% sure yet as traveling from overseas
Concierge messed up our taxi booking in the morning causing unnecessary stress and delay to getting to airport.
Plus hotel charging extortionate rate for Internet - didn't know hotels still charged for this!

Great views, tennis court, basketball court and pool were excellent for teenagers, the lounge on the top floor was fabulous
My stay was too short!

The property was beautiful. The amenities excellent, as was the food and the service we received from the staff exceeded our expectations every time we came into contact with them.

Location was great and so was the food.
The room could have been nice or had more ammenities. I feel like I paid 700$ to sleep in an average 70$ a night hotel room from anywhere, severely underwhelmed.

for the room reserved (junior suite) we expect better accommodations to be met.

Bed was sooooo comfortable- loved the feather down mattress topper / pillows. Great high end toiletries by Diptique. Great pool and up to date restaurant & bar. Loved the 24 room service.
Absolutely turned off by the cheap single ply toilet paper- come on the gas station has better. A Ritz with low quality TP- that’s where you cut your costs?? Also, the maid didn’t replenish the mouth mash in 4 days- thinking it was a “cut costs” thing.
The pool servers could not bring the alcoholic drinks to us - because there was No life guard hired- that’s a shame… had to go get my pens drinks but the food could be bright to us… how hard is it to hire a life guard during your peak months and even just for the weekend?? At a RC I expect full service. Staff was ok. Nothing special. House keepers and Bell/ valet were nice. Tipped then very well.
Suggest- having your RC appeal displayed or at least a sign at check in desk. The gift shop said she can’t have it because she’s 3rd party. Wanted a hat. Front desk seemed so bothered that I asked to see the hats. Said I could order “online” … well ya- but I needed a hat at that moment. He had to get 2 from the back - oh no! Bought one - wasn’t just wasting his time.
