We loved everything about or stay. The property was beautiful, rooms and all amenities were fantastic. The onsite restaurants were all wonderful, and really went out of their way to accommodate a food allergy. We cannot say enough about how great every member of the staff was.

Friendly staff, pretty clean
Missing children areas like playgrounds, arcade is very small

There is a lot to do to keep everyone busy. The atmosphere is very beautiful and peaceful. All the food was delicious, even our very picky teenager was happy. All staff were very helpful and had wonderful customer service.
The bathroom in our room had some issues, like water leaking out of the shower door, and what looked to be mold in a corner on the wall. We also noticed some stains our bedding, which the staff took care of changing them immediately.

Great
Walk to vehicles was a little far depending on how far you parked

The resort was fine
The patio I requested was not the patio I received. I was told at the front desk that I had to have the card I reserved with present and I didn’t so I had to move money from 2 account to another to get our room. They end up charging my card that I didn’t have present without my permission.

I’m in law enforcement my wife is a military contractor so we needed the break
I was charged a cancelation fee that I thought was taken care of when I kept one of my days. I booked two days in advance then had a situation and canceled the next day. Anyways who ever I spoke to miss informed me or I didn’t understand.
7.0
room, pool, slides and property
Amount of staff/service at the pool was poor and the restaurant food choices was limited. There was no casual food choice for the families. Also the prices of the drinks/food for the stay was over priced.

Amazing pool and water park. Super clean room.

Breakfast was great.
I felt like it was difficult to navigate the Wi-Fi login. It would be easier just to provide a username and password instead of going through the app because we have so many devices to login.

The resort has a lot of amenities and the best part was the spa, pool, the drinks and although a little pricey the food we had was good
One of my biggest pet peeves when I stay at a hotel (especially one I’m paying 700+ a night for) is when the bed is uncomfortable. We stayed here years ago and I don’t remember the beds being hard as rocks. We stayed for 3 nights and I woke up with a sore back every night, it was just terrible. We were there for our anniversary so this was a huge disappointment. I would definitely recommend the hotel switching out their mattresses because for the amount of money we spent per night for a king size suite. I was very disappointed and honestly feel we should be compensated a portion of our stay.

Golf course was nice but pricey. Water park was very nice.
Everything was extremely expensive.

Pool - Quality and taste of the food was very good. Service was very friendly
Room Service - Took about an hour but very good
Velocity - Happy with service and food,
Housekeeping - They did not make it to our room on one of the nights and after we contacted the front desk and requested towels to shower for the evening. Housekeeping did show up eventually at 9pm but my girls were already in bed,

I realize it was a busy weekend at the resort so I appreciate that the resort was fully staffed. Even with all of the people and a fully committed hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful!
The linens on the pull out couch were dirty and there was something "crusty" all over the blanket/bedspread. The TV in the room was horribly outdated an the picture quality was terrible (especially when watching sports). Also, the TV remote control did not work.

Staff was great! The pool/water park area is awesome! We had a great Summer finale before school started.
I thought the rooms could use an update. The room was not very clean either. Dust all in the air return and hairs in the bathroom.

The pool area and the grounds are beautiful.
Broken light fixtures, furniture outdated and are worn. They are not staffed for the amount of people they sell rooms to.

Loved the king-size bed, bathroom set up with separate tub and shower (great for the kids). Kids loved the water park.
With my happy hour group, our waiter was awesome, he handled our group with finesse. (8-20-23, Claritycon)
Drinks and food were pricy but it is a resort. Visitors were a bit testy-if you are on vacation, just slow down and relax.
Sofa bed was dreadful, very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs on your back.
Water park was a little overrated, costly when you look at the overall price for one night.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Great service, excellent food and convenient services especially to the water park.
There needs to be a section of rooms that are for older guests who cherish their rest at night. The children running up and down the halls screaming doesn’t make for an excellent experience.

The water park and recreational activities were great. Restaurant brunch was fabulous! Room service staff and poolside staff were excellent! Beautiful view.
Long lines to check in and check out. Had to request help with luggage three times and for our car to be brought down - five times. It took an hour and a half to leave the hotel. Driveway was so unorganized. Saw two almost-wrecks and one fender bump. Not enough staff for such a large hotel. Calls to get help were often busy or unanswered. Room service food was just okay. Poolside food, just okay.

One bartender at the pool remembered mu name each time I walked up to him. The breakfast was good. The landscape was nice.
The bed was too firm. The facet in the shower would fall and the shower would turn cold. Not enough single tubes at the pool. The meals were way too expensive for what I ate.

Our hotel room was comfortable and spacious. The meals and food selections at Cibolo Moon were very good. All the park, pool facilities and outdoor water activities were most enjoyable.
Honestly, nothing. The entire 2 1/2 day visit was a fun experience .

The breakfast buffet is outstanding!!! Don’t scrimp on that - it’s well worth the money!!!
Our room online looked like the queen sleeper sofa was in a separate room; like a suite. We were cramped in our room. The bathroom door didn’t lock so we had to prop something against the door and the shower door wouldn’t close all the way.

So many activities for kids, they will never get bored and the water park is wonderful as well with so many slides and different pools. The grounds are great to just walk around as well.
on the weekend the waterpark is UNBELEIVEABLY crowded. I highly advise going here during the week and not on weekend. We came in on wednesday and left sunday, the weekend crowd was a massive difference. If you go on weekend and are wanting to do waterpark you must book cabana. The cabana will at least help with wait for food and drinks but you will still have massive lines and crowd in pool. We booked cabana and its definitely worth it.

The water park was spectacular. It provided the thrills and fun my children wanted yet retained a beautifully landscaped peaceful environment for adults. We were on the lazy river and saw several butterflies and hummingbirds!
Plan to stay here once you arrive! It's just not easy to get to your vehicle if you don't opt to do valet.
