Beautiful, clean 2 bedroom condo in a country club with wonderful amenities.

Beautiful property in a country club. The pool was very large and clean and the grounds were well kept. There was always plenty of parking. Easy “no touch”check in and out.

Fabulous

Building in ‚as new‘ condition. Nice 25m swim pool built in 1973. Very nice and friendly house keeping.

Building is ghosted. in 5 days, we never saw a receptionist/manager. No other guests at pool. Pool restaurant (understandably) closed during week. We booked for 5 people. Aptmenr had bed room for 4… no extra bed or pull-up sofa provided at first, managment stayed quiet about the problem but house keeping found a way.

The pool was nice when it was open.

Couldn't reach anyone at the front desk on multiple occasions. Toilet handle in 2nd bathroom broke and we couldn't get ahold of anyone. Saw bugs on the kitchen counter and the "King" bed started separating in the middle. The pool closed early multiple times

The stay was not what we paid for

I loved the location and the private property

I didn’t like the fact that no one was available front desk was empty the whole time the number they gave us for help no one answered. I paid for apartments with balconies only to get ones with patios the manager lied and said he would change our apartments but didn’t do anything to accommodate our problems there was no broom or dust pan to clean messes up with.

The location, the size of the room, the facilities, screened in balcony, and the staff.

Thin pillows, the wall sockets were constantly out (circuit breaker issues?), and the room had so much allergen. It seemed clean but my allergies say otherwise.

perfect location for a golf weekend and easy access to airport

close to the golf course, very clean and spacious , friendly, helpful staff and quiet room

we didn’t enjoy that 2 single beds were pushed together to make a king and the check in process wasn’t all that smooth as we only received the access code to the door after we checked in, which was a bit awkward

Disappointing

Manager woman was so nice. Very understanding.

Place was definitely not worth the money. We wound up not staying. It’s worth half they were charging at max.

Could easily improve a families stay by supplying them with needed items.

I like the location, we enjoyed the pool, but it wasn't resort style that I prefer, more than half the pool is lanes. The staff was nice.

I have young kids and stayed a week. I normally have to vacuum or sweep up after my kids every day. There was no broom or vacuum and no daily room service which is fine , but I need to clean up daily so it was kinda frustrating. We did have the crew come to clean on the 4th daysince we called and had no cleaning supplies. I suggest they leave guests a broom. There was quite a few times I could have used a metal or glass pan to cook, but there was nothing to use. We needed scissors and a pizza cutter. There is only a set of 4 forks, spoons and knives. I have more than 4 in my family.

It was a great stay and I’m highly likely to book again when traveling to Tampa.

Friendly residents to include Lance and his significant other in room 112 who were willing to go above and beyond to be neighborly when I needed assistance after hours. The amenities were great. Lovely community with impeccable grounds keeping.

I believe the resort is pet friendly, therefore there was a slight lingering odor in the condo. I tried opening the balcony sliding door to alleviate the scent which only made a minor dent.

Summer vacation

I loved how clean the property was as well as quiet, friendly staff, and excellent customer service. This is now my go to location when I visit in Tampa. I loved it, it was a home away from home, and it accommodated my husband and children. I encourage anyone who’s looking for comfort and cleansing please go to these wonderful condos.

Nothing really I enjoyed everything. But if I could say anything I wish the living room was a tad bit bigger.

The place was nice and clean. Home away from home touch. Quiet place with everything you need.

I that the rooms were spacious and fall apart from each other. The shower was awesome!

I didn’t like that the master bathroom door did not stay closed. Had to keep adjusting.

Very good

The rooms was beautiful and clean. Amazing pool view. Amazing bathrooms and kitchen. I loved that you can cook. I will be back again. The environment was nice clean and kid friendly. Lots of parking.
