The breakfast was fantastic.
The facilities were not clean. There were no trash cans. There was a lot of broken furniture. The staff was not knowledgeable about the layout. Sent us up a stairwell that was more of a fire escape and the doors were locked

I love this hotel and convention center. The entire facility is clean, beautiful/modern design throughout, convenient with location to local shopping as well as restaurants, Starbucks & snacks bar inside the hotel.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel (ate at expo.) I loved all the interesting seating types and all the locations there were for solitude, 2 to 3 people chatting area and group gathering.
The room contained 2 beds and a sofa. One of the beds was really close to the wall. Why was vacuuming done outside my door, at 1:30am?

The decor was exquisite. It a lot of seating areas and businesses meeting areas. It was beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed the fact that the building was at apart from other buildings. A private property location. Great parking!
the cost per night for such a small space.

I did not realize there was free breakfast the staff never informed me.
I would of like a spot for families to enjoy themselves and kids could play with such a large venue it's possible.

Response to trouble areas were dealt with quickly, with the exception of my change request from a standard to a handicap accessible room and items listed below in the caption entitled “What didn’t you like?”
I thought I had booked a handicap accessible room; but they gave me a regular accessible room. I have mobility issues and lacked the strength and agility needed to lift myself into the shower, stand and bathe, and exit it safely. Instead, I had to sit on the side of the tub wobbling as I bathed. Using the washroom was slightly challenging as well as I had to use the side of the tub to swing, brace, and leverage myself upright each time. The Convention center washrooms near the concessionaire were also awkward. The Abilities Expo attendants were mostly handicapped individuals; so, female stalls in particular, were limited as usual. I couldn’t wait for a handicap accessible stall so I had to use a regular stall. As my rollator couldn’t fit into the stall, i had to leave it and it’s contents outside the door. I held onto the stall walls and guided myself along the wall to position myself in front of the toilet that didn’t have a secured handicap accessible hand/arm rail. It was tricky and difficult. Squatting on a crippled left leg and weaken right leg was acrobatic like none the lest; however, I succeeded. I recommend a people mover like those in airports from the main hotel lobby to the convention center as it is quite a distance to travel from ones room to the Center. I thank you for this opportunity to enlighten you and your establishment about some of the challenges I experienced this past weekend.
