Just okay - they need a reno on this location to refresh. The pool could also be larger for the $$.

Christopher greeted us when we pulled up and he was great. The proximity to downtown and the river front was also nice.

The staff at the front desk weren't very well trained and thought we could have a rollaway in our room when we could not after all (frustrating to find out 5 hours later when we followed up). Also didn't like that at the Hampton Inn where we stayed the night before, that they had a breakfast included, but we were required to purchase a buffet at $20/person/and it wasn't included.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

My only dislike was the bathroom door. Not a fan of the sliding barn door for privacy when in the bathroom.

The suites are not worth it.

The service was wonderful.

The sheets were dirty and they made the bed purposely wrong to cover up a huge blue stain on the bed. There was also yellow pee marks on the bed as well . I had to walk to another side of the hotel property, not the same building, to properly get snacks and water. All the vending machines on the suite floors were empty.

Not much. The river walk was the best part.

The actual hotel, took forever to get a hold of the restaurant (actually had to walk down and order as no one ever picked up the phone).

Nothing at all

The staff were rude. I booked 2 joining room with a city veiw . He said they could not honor my booking because it were a 3rd party. They put one room on the 10th fr and one on the 9th floor the one on 10 floir only had one office no where to set in the room . The tub/shower had rust arould the faulet.

Pleasant

We enjoyed the location, and our room was comfortable. It was an easy to walk to restaurants and our event.

We were disappointed with checkin and the front desk staff. They didn't share any information about the hotel, we needed to find it on our own. We never got a chance to try breakfast, the line was long and staff weren't very happy.
