I will be staying here every time I visit Charlotte!

I liked the location of this hotel. Right in the center of Charlotte. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The bar is amazing.

For one night it was fine

The location seemed to be good. Was only there one night. It was nice having a bar in the hotel, so you set with friends and family and have a drink.

Rooms need some updating.

Wouldn’t stay again

Clean rooms, bar staff was friendly and helpful. Nice city view from the pool area.

Older lady at check-in was extremely rude and was eating at the front desk. No lights at the swimming pool at night. Awkward parking garage with tight parking spaces which I know can’t be helped, but just mentioning it.

I wish my stay was longer to see the city

Breakfast wasn't what group wanted so we ate somewhere else I love that you needed a key pass to enter so that made my family feel safe. Safe garage where we parked our car.

bad or no comunication after check out

Left my Nintendo Switch in the room after check out, email to hotel, msgs,...no answer!!!! no feedback!! thank for nothing. Next regional pokemon or travel, i know what to do!!

Room was nice!!

We came for a volleyball tournament. The location was spot on. Love that they have a noise cancellation system in the room being it is located in prime downtown and it is very noisy. My only complaint would be I ordered food from downstairs and made sure to tell them well done cheeseburgers one with ketchup and mustard and one with ketchup. Took the food to the room and both were under cooked and had mayonnaise on it. We do not eat mayonnaise!! We were exhausted from our trip and threw the food away and went to bed. And plan on paying for the location. It is expensive and you have to pay $25 a night to park at the hotel that you already paid for. Just add the cost in the hotel. To pay for parking at a hotel is ridiculous u less it’s valet and this was not!!

Already stated above that the food was wrong and they did not listen to what I ordered. And paying $25 a night for parking at a hotel you already paid to stay at is ridiculous!!

Won't stay there again...

convenient location.

Our truck was burglarized and front glass broken and hotel staff did not notify us. Damage happened on Tuesday evening or early Wednesday morning. Police report made and hotel notified but did not tell us. We discovered fronbt passenger window smashed when we were leaving.

Smaller hotel feel in the heart of the city.

Location was great and we got a great rate for the stay. The front desk staff were fabulous and the breakfast bar was a life-saver with Tupelo Honey's not open nearby. All the staff were very courteous, and the room was nice.

It's more of a quirk than a dislike—the hotel rooms are on about the 12th floor (there are direct elevators), and then there's the lobby, so the net effect is that you don't feel like you're in quite as large a hotel.

Good downtown location if you enjoy walking

The location is accessible within walking distance to a lot of venues and entertainment

The toliet ran, the sink faucet was loose, and the beds needed to be vacuumed underneath badly.

We ended up staying another night because we enjoyed it so much. Would definitely come back.

It was in a great location. Good choice in restaurants and bars near by too.

A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

A comfortable hotel close to all the things we wanted to do in downtown Charlotte.

Very close to everything, staff were accommodating and we were very comfortable in our room!

The hotel breakfast that they said they offered wasn’t very great - but it gave us opportunity to try the local eats so we weren’t too upset.

Over priced for nothing wasn’t good for trying to sleep didn’t the full trip

Close to the football stadium

Too noisy all night, online showed big menu lots of food options on reality few choices not much, not comfortable even in higher floors with all the noisy outside and on the hotel.

Location, walking distance to the Knight Theater where there was a concert we attended.

Not much room to park to check in although I got checked in ok.

It is a very nice hotel. I love the location of it.

The staff are very nice and very helpful. I love the location because we where spending the day at the convention center which is only a block away. I will be returning to this hotel if Scentsy Family Reunion comes back to Charlotte.

We booked an extra day. We had to take everything out of the room to put everything back into the same room we had. I was very fortunate they held our luggage for us so we didn’t have to put it back into the car.
