It was ok. Not bad at all but not one of the better hotels that we stayed in

Breakfast was ok but not the variety of foods other hotels offer. Location was ok.

I want my money back

Free breakfast, water and coffee. Staff was polite. Lobby nice. Free video streaming, room had refrigerator

Everything other than the lobby was extremely dingy and depressing looking. NON WORKING TOILET in my room, bed not comfortable, gross musty smell in the entire hotel. Woken up in middle of the night AND at 6 in the morning by yelling in other rooms or hallway, meaning either very thin walls, trashy clientele, or both. NOT WORTH THE MONEY

My review

We enjoyed the breakfast and the proximity to the bus stop.

We did not like that laundry facilities were broken. The bathroom toilet did not flush well. Took about 7x to flush. The pillows were not comfortable. The outlets in the lamps did not work to charge your electronics.

Breakfast was as expected, location was ok for a short stay.

The room wouldn't get cool enough even though I put the air conditioning on it's lowest setting.

I enjoyed my stay until I saw my charges to my card. would share pictures later🫤🫤

this property was clean.

well I am waiting to see if Laurie gonna solve my issue! I stayed there 1 night not even, and I have three charges to my card adding a total of 391.50 and my stay was supposed to be 124.00. I spoke to someone who say that it was a special charge. I asked for what? I dodo even sleep there I was there from 8-3 I am very confused and waiting to hear from this company.

Really Good Stay!

Really good facilities. The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and temperature control was really good. Bathroom was really clean and the shower had hot water and really good amenities. The hotel was quiet, despite being full.

The breakfast was good, but not great. Not great options and ran out of lots of food while sitting there. Would put out just a few of every item despite having a lot of people waiting for food. In our room, the TV was very out of date and small. Had all the channels, but just really blurry compared to 4K. Location was tricky to get in and out of, but was not too much of a bother if we had enough time.

Some good...some not so good...

The night staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the room was very clean. Even though the hotel was without power, they did all they could to make us comfortable.

The hotel lost power that evening, so we had no lights or TV until around 3AM. The morning concierge was rude and expected us to leave an hour before check-out time, so the room could be cleaned sooner- he called our room, banged on the door, and almost opened the door while we were getting dressed.
