Nice hotel

Close proximity to Cartersville Country Club and interstate 75. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

The mattress on the king bed was not comfortable

clean, convenient to restaurants, shopping, and easy on/off of interstate

Bathroom could have used some updating. Breakfast was disappointing, out of coffee and just wasn’t stocked very well.

Not a good place to stay.

The breakfast was edible. But compared to the Home2 Suites we stayed in the night before, everything in the Fairfield was poor.

The staff we dealt with were very great, and helpful, and working diligently to do the best with what they had. but the facility was lacking in quality fo the price we paid for the room.

After a nice stay at the Dublin, GA Fairfield, we were very disappointed with the Cartersville one.

Tiny sausages were good. Plates were available.

Breakfast was ridiculous. Eggs were like rubber. Waffle iron either did not work or had no batter with it to use. Coffee was cold.

It was a good stop over as I traveled north.

The location next to I-75, and proximity to restaurants.

For the most part it was great. The pricing was a bit steep for that particular area of my travels. This was the most expensive stop of the ones I made. I inquired about AAA and government rate and was denied a discount.

Friendly, clean, comfortable.

Arrived tired and late on 2 day drive. Very nice reception, comfortable and clean room. Breakfast is as good as other chain hotel breakfast.

Good and restful

Since my last stay the hotel has gone thru some renovations and appeared Fresh and bright. The hotel and rooms were showing wear and tear and The renovations appear to have taken care of those issues.

I would like the hotel to be dog friendly. We are getting a new dog and will not Be able to stay at this hotel anymore because Of there pet policy.

Very good

I like the room it's a king suite, I like the vanity in the bathroom. I also like the sitting area and the two tv's.

There is some rust on the bathroom shower metal bar where the shower curtain hangs on. There is great tips online to get rid of rust issues and some build up in the shower head. The wall by the bathtub at the bottom needs to be fixed at the baseboards. Those are little issues but people notice these things and make big issues out of it.

Breakfast was second class at best. No where compared to Hilton standards.

The pull out bed was a single was listed as twin. We had Late check inn due to travel. Basically we paid 400 for little over 24 hour stay. Was just disappointed as compared to what we normally receive.

I would really like my money back for one of these charges.

They could nit find my reservation so the gentleman at front desk. I was told that I was not charged charged for online reservation but after loony g at credit card statement I have been charged twice.
