Good location, very clean, lots of choices on breakfast, a big remodel was going on.

A/C was very loud. Was disappointed pool was closed on Saturday morning & never reopened. The couch was very uncomfortable.

Exceeded expectations of hospitality

The staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything for a business stay. The location is OK but not a lot of food options, which is not their fault.

The location to attractions and entertainment

The room was not cleaned well. There was no linen for the pull out sofa bed. Random pieces of hair left on the bed and in the bathroom.

What I like about the property is the location! The food nearby is acceptable as well as the freeway being close is good!

Honestly the TV services and Wi-Fi troubleshooting could be fixed and a bit better!

Not a 10 but a solid 9 thanks to the staff.

Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast.

Room could have been cleaner, but overall wasn’t bad. Body wash and conditioner were out and didn’t know it until in the shower. Refrigerator was full of standing water, I assume from the freezer compartment thawing out. Light wasn’t working over fridge and microwave area.

I asked weeks before for vegan breakfast options. The answer: " We are pleased to let you know that the accommodation has confirmed they will be able to arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request.". Sadly there was not one option for us. Non of the workers know about the request.

I like the set up of the room. It was really nice and spacious

I didn’t like the fact that the pool was not available for use when this was one of the reasons why I chose this particular hotel. And also the fact that I had trouble with my room key even after I went downstairs to get it fixed it still didn’t work. I had to wake my kids up to get in the room.

Charged 3 times for a 1 night stay! My stay was made worse when after checking out I was charged again for my stay after I had already paid and then when I called to get a credit they charged me again.

Exceptional

Room was very clean. Not just straightened up and vacuumed but clean with cleaning products, you could smell the cleanliness when you opened door. Towels and shower were spotless too.

Didn’t like the fact that there were homeless people walking parking lots asking for drinks and cigarettes. Although, the night of our stay we spoke to the police officer that was cruising the parking lot watching and protecting-so that was nice to know they are watching out for property and safety and are aware of homeless population being in area

Great hotel if you're passing thru but not for a long stay

Size of the rooms. Value. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

Pool is small and if there is screaming kids its unbearable. Our room had a pull out couch and the mattress had yellow stains. The floor was starting to come up in places and the floor was uneven in the hallway of the third floor, almost fell.
