Location n staff were amazing
The room was filthy! The tub was grimy we had to go and buy sheets and towels, the hotels sheets was stained! The room was musty smelling and stuffy like there was mold! We disinfected the room because everything everywhere was sold out due two college football games in the area
3.2
I like the upgrades because I have stayed there before and during the remodel and the location is great. The front desk staff was great and helpful.
The cleanliness and the amount of towels was not good. The tub was not clean the floor still had crumbs and stuff on it and there was hairs in the bed and there weren't enough towels and some of the towels were stained and one of the pillow slips were stained.

Friendly staff
Room had not been cleaned

The room was clean and comfortable bed.

Liked that they have breakfast and close to where I worked.
The traffic in and out the building. The tvs don't have working channels, the maids don't clean up when u leave for the day, the a/c hardly works, the older guy working doesn't try to help with anything, the younger girls try. The pool has been broken for a year elevator doesn't work neither does the side door entrance. All in all horrible place.
3.2
The staff is outstanding; especially the young lady who worked the front desk.
Elevators were not working. There was, however, a very nice note of apology and I was only on the second floor so this was not a big concern.
3.2
There wasn’t much to choose from. Selection was very poor.
Our commode was broke in her bathroom, would not hold water in the tank. Air conditioner had wet spot underneath it on the carpet like it was leaking. It had been recently painted and the smell was just over bearing.
3.2
Close to the hospital which was why we were staying.
The constant odor of marijuana all night long.

It was in good proximity to everything.
We booked for the indoor swimming pool and we could not use it.
3.2
convenient to everything
too much unnecessary traffic, fights, just made it very uncomfortable. People walking and talking down the halls all night.

I like the location and the continental breakfast.
I had a late check-in, around 7:30 pm. When I got there, no one was at the front counter. I had to wait roughly 5 minutes to be taken care of. Then, the pool and spa area was closed. That was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. Then we got to the room, and the shower was dirty. There was a used washcloth hanging over the shower curtain bar. Plus, the fan in the bathroom that turns on just from turning on the lights that we couldn't turn the light on after my daughter fell asleep because it would wake her back up. Then, although I enjoyed the breakfast, it would have been better if the cook was not eating all the black cherry yogurt plus a bagel.

Staff was friendly and courteous
The room was clean. and the bed was super comfortable.
The pool was out of service, and breakfast could have been better.
3.2
The room was nice and the breakfast was really good
some guy walking through the hotel blasting loud music. He was hanging out in front of the hotel and when I walked in to go to my room it seemed like he was following me so I turned around and went to the front desk. When I turned around he turned around too and went the opposite way towards the other end of the hall still blasting loud music.

Location and Price
I didn't like that late check out is for Diamond members only.
