My stay

I loved the staff and the manager Rhee, she's an outstanding manager. Unfortunately, my house had a fire 🔥 last year and we were there from May 2023 through May 2024. I loved it there. You feel like you're home at the Home 2 Suite. You're with family there.

I didn't care for their GM, he was cool at first then he changed. The only thing I didn't care for was there was no stove.

I think it’s acceptable for staying with your pet. But, I also think they overcharge you.

They are a pet friendly Hotel.

The desk staff wasn’t unpleasant, but also not the most accommodating. Very skimpy on toiletries, towels and pillows. I understand I was in a pet friendly room but, it had a bad smell.

one room was very dirty not the workers fault. blood stained carpet/ lamp shade and hallway. looked like a dead body had been dragged out

Usually I stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton down the street, but this was WAY better and got a lot more for the same

As soon as you walk in the door it smelled so good. It was clean and the environment felt safe. The rooms are spacious. Everything was clean. Staff was super friendly and attentive. They are respectful of your sleep so there was not a lot of noise going on after 10pm.

I didn’t like that my room was not ready in time, but it was definitely worth the wait.

Everything was wonderful. Breakfast was great

We had a few bugs we found in our room. Waterbug/roach looking bugs. I take into account the time of year that it is and the fact that construction was right across the parking lot. But I could of done without the bugs.

Great staff, convenient location, delicious breakfast!

Breakfast was AMAZING! The kids especially enjoyed it... they were worried they wouldn't like it and ended up LOVING it! That was the best way to start our day!

There was a child's toy under the couch and a stain on the couch cushion. These are the only "complaints" I can say I had. Everything else was amazing

horrible, smelly and not properly cleaned

the room smelled horrible like someone had just washed their dog and there was dog hair everywhere. we sprayed several times and it did not help. the room was $200 for one night and they said they had no other rooms. we had to show up to our event with white dog hair everywhere because we didn’t have time to find anything else to wear. we received a text asking how the room was from Rhea and when we informed her of the issues she didn’t offer anything to help besides spraying the room which we had already done. I have never had this experience at any other Home2 and we travel a lot! my wife woke up in hives because evidently the dog had been on the bed too unacceptable

Highly Recommended

I loved the size of the room...2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Additionally, I loved having a kitchen area that had nearly everything a kitchen at home has (minus a stove). The hotel had a nice, clean scent even though it's a pet-friendly place.The staff were very friendly...from the front desk to the eating area staff to the housekeeper who we were just passing by in the hallway. And, oh man, was I surprised that the breakfast omelets were very delicious! You know how some places cook food without taste? Well, the food was very tasty. I would definitely recommend Home2 to anyone.

Honestly, I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Room was clean n staff very friendly!

There was nothing in the room to wash dishes or dry them. Nothing to run the dishwasher. Plus someone's old groceries were still in the frig.

I liked everything from the smell to the comfort of the bed. The atmosphere was pleasant! The rooms had all you needed from plates to a dishwasher
