Unfortunately overall appearance of the hotel is more dated then it appears in photos. Carpets and bathrooms could use a facelift. Airport shuttle not punctual, was told pick up would take 20 mins on arrival, it took over an hour. Booked return shuttle to airport the next day at 15:30 (having been told it goes every half hour). Once again delayed and left for terminal almost 20 mins late.

El desayuno es el mejor que hayamos tenido en un hotel. Delicioso. Recepción siempre contesto mis consultas y dudas aun previo a mi estancia.

La coordinación del shuttle se podría hacer x WhatsApp o por medio de la App de booking. Tuve problemas con el roaming de mi teléfono lo que dificultó un poco la coordinación inicialmente. Pero si contaba con Internet por lo que de haber contado con otra opción hubiera sido más fácil

4月7日に、事前に電話で確認を取ったら、宿泊者名簿に名前が無いといわれ、宿泊を断わられたので、宿泊していない。カード会社には宿泊代金の請求が来ているので、ホテル側のミスだと思うが、非常に腹が立つ。当日は日食特別価格？ 更には、空き部屋も見つけにくい状態だったので、他の空き宿の捜索も困難を極め、非常に焦った。 残念ながら、私の英語力ではホテル側との交渉はできないと判断したため、交渉断念するに至った。屈辱的ですらある。二度と、このような思いはしたくない。
