The place is very nice I love it don’t change nothing about the place just the staff
Your staff makes you feel uncomfortable staying there very very very rude does not give you extra towels the was someone baby poop by the hot tub n the hot tub was not hot it was cold I’d much rather go across the street to Hilton garden if they are not sold out for the night the stafff here needs to be like them not like drill sergeant staring at you every five seconds I even had one maintenance man just kept walking by my room every 10 mins I felt really uncomfortable with your staff I never felt like that. I travel a lot and your staff is the only ones that really make me feel uncomfortable. Y’all need to hire new staff. That is nice not think they are the police and that they’re doing you a favor by you staying there cause there’s plenty of hotels around there. This would be my last resort going here because of your staff

Breakfast was worthwhile and better than expected. Comfortable facilities for awaiting shuttle or ride to Cruise Terminal.
Able to use pool and relax while waiting for return flight.
Cruise shuttle service could have been less expensive.

Stayed on quiet side of hotel away from freeway. Rooms are large and comfortable. Good breakfast. Many places to shop and eat in area.
Our first room before our cruise was on the freeway side and did not get any sleep the first night because of traffic noise. A lot of freeway noise around pool area also.

The location was EXCELLENT with plenty to do in the area, the hotel was SUPER CLEAN and modern the complimentary breakfast GREAT and the staff was VERY welcoming, friendly and professional.

Ideally located next to fort lauderdale airport (8 mins drive) and offering a good complimentary breakfast - the staff were also very nice!

Clean spacious room. Conveniently located near the airport. Enough room for 6 people although we only had 4. Very nice staff.
The shuttle was outdated but it got us from the airport to the hotel

Construction in the lobby/elevators made it noisy and crowded. Single elevator made it a challenge during busy times.

Staff was very helpful and polite , Maria at the breakfast area was ensuring everyone was being attended .
Renovations was going on so there were some inconveniences with the elevator and noise in the lobby area.

Close to shopping centre across the road.
The area was jammed up (can't say it's completely the renovation part that cut off the dining room from whatever the area to the right was) the entire hotel just was too jammed and compact for my taste. The stairs only go to the 1st floor (why design that way??) only one of the two jammed elevators for both guests and service workers was available to use. It was chaos waiting with your luggage on ground floor and having to move out the way with passing guests and then guests exiting the slow moving elevator. The room is set up so stupid. There are two tv's but only one remote. When you switch one channel the other moves as well, so we just gave up and only used one. I hated that there was absolutely no carpet and I felt nasty in there, in there didn't seem like it was cleaned well. We couldn't wait to check out to go on our cruise. Upon our return from cruise I canceled my reservations to return here and booked the Hyatt in the back. Would not stay here by choice!

There breakfast is great the cooks does there job excellent 👌👍 I love my lady's.
My last visit I found bedbugs in didn't get any credit or not to mention not even did they offer me and my family a free night.i spent thousands of dollars there for the past couple years totally unfair you live in you learn?!

We love the area around where the hotel located
The washer and dryer was not working on both floors.

The rooms were spacious, and comfy
They’re going upgrades to elevator and lobby. Only one elevator worked it was a little wait to go up and down should be done soon from my stay

Breakfast was awesome. It is one of the things on my must have list when on vac.
Cleanliness was also great. The lady who works breakfast in the morning was great.
One of the Elevators wasn’t working. However I do understand construction.
