One night stay. Very pleasant

Good place to stay for a night if you're flying out/in

Hotel is in a great location, the airport is less than 10 minutes away and the hotel has a great shuttle service that starts running early. The beds are comfortable and it has all the sorts of amenities you'd expect e.g. hairdryer, basic toiletries. Great place to stay for a night before or after you fly.

We were put in a room next to an ice machine, which came on every few minutes and sounded like someone was teleporting into the room. We were tired so managed to sleep through it but it didn't make it easy. We left too early for breakfast as it's 6am on Saturdays, would have appreciated either a no-breakfast rate or a grab and go option as we had to pay for it with the room.

Wonderful shuttle service (every thirty minutes and you can call directly from the airport for free, it's very helpful if you don't own an American sim card), it's close to the airport and there's everything you need before departure or after arrival. Great breakfast, very helpful staff.

The bathroom in our room had the tiniest sink I have ever seen with no space to even keep a toothbrush.

For an unexpected visit, it was a great place to stay!

Staff were amazing. The young lady who met us at the desk after a horrible day flying with United, was so helpful and kind in getting us checked in. The staff who helped with breakfast were also amazing. Great choices and hot. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet even though they were remodeling rooms nearby.

Very good

All of the staff, from the front desk (day and night) to breakfast staff and maids were very friendly.

The light in the bathroom started blinking on and off at night on the 2nd night. It was like being in a horror story. I didn't bother to call for maintenance because we were tired and ready to go to bed.

Disappointed with hotel decor from familiar brand.

Location great. Good breakfast. Reliable airport shuttle service.

Interior decor seriously needs updating. Damp smell on ground floor corridors and rooms. Wallpaper peeling from walls. Beds not as comfortable as other hotel chains. Expensive room rate for standard of decor.
